What an amazing evening we had at Pinocchio Prime!
We celebrated my husband’s 60th surprise birthday dinner there, and everything was absolutely perfect. Annie, Cecil, Forest, and the entire staff were outstanding — their service was truly above and beyond.
The prime rib was the best we’ve ever had — you simply can’t find it any better! We had such a wonderful time and are so grateful for your incredible hospitality.

I never leave bad reviews cause I try to be understanding, how ever this place was small and not very busy. My assumption for lunch was that it would be reasonably priced. I didn't google the menu or the place ib just took a chance cause my grandma wanted to try it. Everything you could get for lunch was 20$ plus. Now dont get me wrong Higher prices can be expected if paired with other atmospherical expectations such as decor, volume of customers, and workers wearing appropriate apparel. There was 1 server doing her best/ kind of. She met the mark with delivering the food but was not super helpful. We got outer food it was fine but super small portions and the salad served was really kind of sad. A few pieces of my Romain were super mushy and should not have been on my plate. The 1 sad lonley bread stick we got came with our salad, we were never offered more. After we paid we passed by the waitress/ hostess area we seen a brochure that said 2 course meal 13.95 with a decent sized list to chose from. I waited to ask her about this and she replied oh yes that menu is only avalible upon request, I then of course replied how do you request something you knew nothing about. She says well have a good day with an attitude and shortness to her. Really felt shafted and we totally got the short end of the stick here. I was hoping to really like this place, as it is close to my house and was ready to offer more of my business but I can't justify paying 24$ for a small piece of lasagna with 2 tiny meat balls that did not even taste hommade at all. I will not be back I'm shocked they are still in business with their lack of standards and prices. Greeley has not been fun to restaurant with.

Walked into this place, and you instantly hit with an amazing aroma of home cooked Italian food. Our server named Amy. Who went out of her way to make sure everything, Was to our liking and checked on on this properly periodically. My hunny had the manicotti with spicy sausage and meat sauce, And I had the chicken asparagus. Spaghetti sounds weird, but it's delicious. A must try. Everything was made fresh.

Visiting from Los Angeles we went to a quaint little restaurant hidden in downtown Greeley, Colorado. Enter into a small bakery area with a couple tables. But wait! We were taken back to the most adorable casual dining room. Food is amazing. We had Homemade Lasagna with meat sauce, Minestrone, Baked Cheese Ravioli with Meat Balls and Pinocchio Linguine. Even with the large portions, we couldn't help ourselves to indulge in a decadent Kentucky Bourbon Pie. Service was wonderful. Thank you Cambrie.

I don’t know what kind of training their kitchen staff has but they all need to be sent to culinary school. Chicken Parmesan, I get it because it’s always usually a safe bet, way over cooked!!!and pasta tasted like barilla! My wife got chicken Alfredo, SO much garlic and they put an unusual seasoning on it that doesn’t work with that dish plus overcooked chicken once again. Cannoli’s gritty filling and drizzled with Hersey syrup. We use to go to the pinocchios in Longmont and my wife loved I thought it was always just ok (I’m from the northeast so haven’t had any Italian food in Colorado worth bragging about) but it was always better than this. They should be ashamed to serve this food, it’s an insult to Italians.

The food came quickly and was very flavorable, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Got some dessert to take home for later. It was a lil pricey for just 2 people but it was a treat. Would love to go back.
Parking: Was a lil hard to catch your eye when driving by.
Kid-friendliness: Wouldnt necessarily take children but they are not frowned upon.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheel chair accessible you have steps to go in door.

I went here for the first time and from the moment you walk in you can smell the food and it's a very cozy place. If I could have had 10 plates, I would have. The food is the best and the lady who serves you is very friendly. If you want to eat a real plate of freshly made food at a good price, this is the place to go.

Pinocchios is an awesome find. The service was great and the food even better. We had Radiatorre Annie and Onion & asiago ravioli. The sauces were wonderful and the ingredients, delicious. The sausage had authentic Italian spices.
