Husband and I dined here for the first time last night. We went later in the evening so it was not busy and the staff was very attentive. We loved everything. The salad wheel ingredients were crisp and fresh, the bread warm and tasty! We ordered the portobello mushroom, t-bone steaks, baked potatoes, lemon cake and key lime cheesecake. I also added the oscar (asparagus/crab/bearnaise) to my order. We were a bit worried at the thickness of the steaks but they were cooked a perfect med-rare and tasted wonderful, not overseasoned or oversalted at all as a prior reviewer suggested. There was a bit too much bearnaise for my liking on the oscar but that may be a personal preference and something I can ask to be reduced next time we are in. The key lime pie paired very well with the raspberry puree and the lemon cake was moist and warm. Overall everything was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back! Thanks Pinocchio Prime for a wonderful evening, next time I'm trying the Prime Rib and husband will definitely be having the carrot cake and cinnamon ice cream!

We had a reservation last night at Pinocchios Prime that I made days in advance. We arrived on time and stood at the host stand. The restaurant looked fully staffed but was busy so we waited. After 30 minutes not a single employee spoke to us. No one greeted us, we were completely ignored. There were about a dozen people waiting to be seated, some left when we did, never even being acknowledged by the staff. I wonder if they got greedy and over booked their reservations or if they were seating customers without reservations. We have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant. We were looking forward to prime rib for New Year's Eve, they spoiled our plans and really disappointed. I cannot comment on the food, we never even got to try it.

Went there for New Years Eve. We had a reservation and is met by a wall of other people with reservations. None of our tables are ready. There was no host meeting us at the front. When we eventually get seated we don’t have a waiter introduce themselves or come over. My husband ordered a Negroni which comes out and seems to have no gin in it, also no garnish and full of small pieces of ice. The “salad wheel” is a plastic tray with a $0.39 Walmart bowl on it and a broken plastic tong. The steak was good, I will give them that. However, a ribeye is $44 online, $46 on the menu, but $48 when the check came. Our steak knives was thin plastic handles, probably from Walmart as well. The check came with mints for other tables but not ours, simply no attention to detail or service. The best part, every plate in the restaurant is being rolled out with a push cart with a random Amazon box on the bottom. They did seem to be super understaffed, so should’ve probably closed some tables. Thank god we had a Giftcard because being charged $127 for this is a joke. Will not be back.

We went here tonight for the first time. Our waiter was fabulous. Harvey is the best waiter I've ever had. My husband has the prime rib which was amazing. My daughter and I had the Alfredo - was very good. This is a hidden gem. Highly recommend checking this place out. Hopefully you get Harvey.

This was one of the most disappointing dinners at a steak restaurant that we have ever had. First off we sat down at 5 and didn’t get our mains until almost 6. The ribeye was the worst I’ve seen at a steakhouse, it was so thin that they couldn’t cook it mid rare. We sent it back twice and then just gave up, my wife’s filet was cook so hard that it was stringy. The explanation we got was that this typically doesn’t happen and we hope it’s better next time. For what they are attempting to charge for the food I would hope to get better than this.

This place is great for a quiet lunch. The prime, pasta and German Chocolate cake were amazing. Sorry, no picture of the cake.

Had a decent dining experience.
Definitely recommend the prime rib ONLY at this establishment. The produce for the salad wheel was fresh. can't say the same about the dressings.
Cocktails rather enjoyable.
However depends on bartender.
Anything else on the menu isnot as good.
Asparagus was thin as grass.
The muscles were cold with a few empty shells.
Out of crab..... Again.
Lemon cake dessert was dry. Been here a few times and seems to be the same experience.
Not a top choice for fine dining.
