Pizza Hut is a restaurant that offers a delicious and hot lunch for pick up. The $5 salad is generously sized with good ranch dressing. The quick service makes for a convenient dining experience. The staff is friendly and the service was great. The pizza was just what customers expected. Customers enjoyed sitting down and eating there.
The manager, named Sam, has excellent customer service. When a customer's pizza was overly spicy, Sam helped out quickly and effortlessly by giving a credit to the account and providing tips on customizing the pizza to avoid similar issues in the future.
However, there have been some issues with order accuracy and customer service. One customer received cheese sticks instead of pizza and had trouble reaching anyone for curbside pick up. The in-person interaction was described as unfriendly.
