I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your store. After receiving a text stating that my order was ready, I waited nearly 20 more minutes at the location. During this time, I witnessed one of the workers — a young man responsible for cutting pizzas — stop mid-task to pull out his phone and text or scroll for roughly eight minutes.
By the time I received my food, it was cold, stale, and completely unappetizing.
I contacted the store and spoke with both Armando and the General Manager, who assured me a refund would be processed. It's now been over 10 days, and I have yet to see any resolution.
Additionally, the professionalism of your staff is severely lacking. One employee, in particular, was dressed in a way that was both distracting and inappropriate for a food service environment. Presentation and hygiene matter, especially when handling food.
Pizza Hut used to be a name I trusted for quality and service. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a major decline in both. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I urge you to address these ongoing issues at this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Greeley pizza huts are a joke. I kept trying to order the $2 Tuesdays personal pan pizza special from 2 different stores and it would show adding it to the cart for a quick second and then disappeared. I tried calling one of them and after 10 minutes on hold I know it was a call center person who answered he said he didn't know about the special and told me to go to the store. I said no I wanted him to help me and I wanted to talk to a supervisor (because I wanted it to be pre ordered and ready for me. I didn't want to have to wait at the store for it.) He told me to talk to a supervisor at the store. Again I said no I want his supervisor and he hung up on me. I drove to one if the stores and they told me they ran out. How do they run. Out of pizza? They don't. They just didn’t want to sell any that cheap. There were about 6 people in there waiting foe food. I tho7ght maybe they ran out of the personal size crust but after I left madder than before, I realized they weren't out because they have crust cause of the people waiting they can make more little pizzas. They just didn't want to sell cheap pizza. Greeley colorado pizza huts are a joke.

Last Pizza Hut in the area to have dine in. The staff is friendly and the service was great. The pizza was just what I expected. I enjoyed sitting down and eating here.

toppings on the taco pizza were not spread evenly across the pizza. Probably won't go back to that particular store.

Not only was the pizza cold and only half cut, but they used bean paste instead of sauce! How do you screw up a simple medium sausage pizza? 🤮
I called and made a order for 3 Large two toppings each gave all my info and waiting a hour and nothing I called and got hung up on spoke to a manager come to find out there wasn't a order put in ????real jokers in that place..

I always order my pizza from the hut, never had any problems just good food!!!
It's been three times in a row they for get things I ordered. 8 bucks here 5 there 6 here it adds up! I call to tell what happened and the girl working the phone laughs cause this time it was my sauces, and they expect tip with that kind of service. Guess I have to do carry out to babysit and make sure I get every thing I PAID FOR!!!

We ordered a meal box for delivery 1 buffalo chicken and 1 veggie and some wings and bread sticks. When the pizza was delivered we got a buffalo veggie pizza and a plain chicken pizza when we called pizza hut to let them know what had happened they said it was our fault we made the pizza's that way. We double checked our receipt that was emailed to us and assured them that we did not do that we selected the pizza's we wanted and added them to cart. They said there was nothing they could do. We persisted that there must be something they could do we do not want to eat bufflo veggie pizza. Finally they offered us a credit that was less then two pizza values or they would remake the pizza's and we could go pick them up. I was less then pleased with both of these options because we paid for delivery so we did not have to leave and I had just spent $50 dollars on a wrong order. I took the option of them making us new pizza and we will pick it up. When we picked up the new pizza they only made us a new veggie pizza we still did not get what they offered and what we asked for. Sure enough pizza hut may be a waste of your time and money.
