Taco pizza was not good , all of the ingredients were in the center, with nothing on the outside of the pizza. Threw it out ,to soggy to eat.

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your store. After receiving a text stating that my order was ready, I waited nearly 20 more minutes at the location. During this time, I witnessed one of the workers — a young man responsible for cutting pizzas — stop mid-task to pull out his phone and text or scroll for roughly eight minutes.
By the time I received my food, it was cold, stale, and completely unappetizing.
I contacted the store and spoke with both Armando and the General Manager, who assured me a refund would be processed. It's now been over 10 days, and I have yet to see any resolution.
Additionally, the professionalism of your staff is severely lacking. One employee, in particular, was dressed in a way that was both distracting and inappropriate for a food service environment. Presentation and hygiene matter, especially when handling food.
Pizza Hut used to be a name I trusted for quality and service. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a major decline in both. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I urge you to address these ongoing issues at this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Greeley pizza huts are a joke. I kept trying to order the $2 Tuesdays personal pan pizza special from 2 different stores and it would show adding it to the cart for a quick second and then disappeared. I tried calling one of them and after 10 minutes on hold I know it was a call center person who answered he said he didn't know about the special and told me to go to the store. I said no I wanted him to help me and I wanted to talk to a supervisor (because I wanted it to be pre ordered and ready for me. I didn't want to have to wait at the store for it.) He told me to talk to a supervisor at the store. Again I said no I want his supervisor and he hung up on me. I drove to one if the stores and they told me they ran out. How do they run. Out of pizza? They don't. They just didn’t want to sell any that cheap. There were about 6 people in there waiting foe food. I tho7ght maybe they ran out of the personal size crust but after I left madder than before, I realized they weren't out because they have crust cause of the people waiting they can make more little pizzas. They just didn't want to sell cheap pizza. Greeley colorado pizza huts are a joke.

Last Pizza Hut in the area to have dine in. The staff is friendly and the service was great. The pizza was just what I expected. I enjoyed sitting down and eating here.
