I don't even want to leave 1 star but it is necessary to leave a review. We went in to redeem an offer by email for free cheese pizza we had received. They refused to honor it, stating it had to be in app, which I do not have nor have I ever had, and they have honored past email offers without a problem. My husband then ordered a half hamburger, half pepperoni pizza. When we got home and opened it, it was hamburger only. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible quality at the Pizza Hut on 47th.

I don't know where to start with this review. I travel between Greeley and the Dominican Republic. I often order Pizza Hut when I'm in the DR and it's how I remember it to be. It has the crispy crust that tastes like it came from a cast iron deep dish pan.
This pizza I ordered tonight had a crust that might as well been from Dominoes. It obviously wasn't the signature crust I would expect from a Pizza Hut pizza. I'm not sure what is happening here but this pizza wasn't a Pizza Hut pizza.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Greeley pizza huts are a joke. I kept trying to order the $2 Tuesdays personal pan pizza special from 2 different stores and it would show adding it to the cart for a quick second and then disappeared. I tried calling one of them and after 10 minutes on hold I k ow it was a call center person who answered he said he didn't know about the special and told me to go to the store. I said no I wanted him to help me and I wanted to talk to a supervisor (because I wanted it to be pre ordered and ready for me. I didn't want to have to wait at the store for it.) He told me to talk to a supervisor at the store. Again I said no I want his supervisor and he hung up on me. I drove to one if the stores and they told me they ran out. How do they run. Out of pizza? They don't. They just didn’t want to sell any that cheap. There were about 6 people in there waiting foe food. I tho7ght maybe they ran out of the personal size crust but after I left madder than before, I realized they weren't out because they have crust cause of the people waiting they can make more little pizzas. They just didn't want to sell cheap pizza. Greeley colorado pizza huts are a joke.

I ordered two pizza with extra cheese. I do this so the pizzas have cheese covering the entire pizza like it should be. Instead I received 2 pizzas with hardly any cheese and marinara spots and almost no toppings. The cheesy bites were so poorly made they were burnt little bits with almost zero cheese. I can’t tell you how bad this was. We threw it out. Never again Pizza Hut. You’ve ruined this franchise for me. Thanks Greeley west. Straight garbage.

New years eve ordered a pizza from here as I was avoiding door dash and grub hub do to poor delivery always. I expected like many times before that my pizza would be delivered by a Pizza Hut employee. Get the notification that my pizza was picked up by Door Dash. 45 minutes goes by from the notification and I finally get my cold disgusting pizza. No warning the door dash was delivering or I would have canceled the order immediately. Won't be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again.
Ordered a pizza and waited an hour to not have it even ready. Not sure what's happening, but after five DoorDashers gave up I called, and they're "almost done" as of writing this.
