The pretzels were fine, but the customer service was actually some of the worst I've ever seen in my entire life, and it continued with the next person in line. Serving pretzels all day probably isn't the greatest job ever, but at least make an effort of 2 percent.

Not busy and kid looked very frustrated trying to finish an order . Young girl came out of the back and asked for help he left the pretzels he was doing to go help her in the back. I continued to wait and another guy was waiting for his order as well and told me he had been waiting for more then 10 mins. They finally came back from teh back as I still waited without any knowledment on their behalf that I was there and another person now behind me. No, I'll be right with you or anything. Where has the customer service gone???? He finally finished the order he was doing and handed it to the family and took my order. I waited 25 minutes for my order and until they were gonna hand me my order I was told they were out of vanilla glaze . They should have mentioned that before my order was completed to see of i wanted a different flavor on my bites. I would have changed. Also as I waited for my order there were several people in line and not one of them were greeted or told it would be a minute or that they would be helped in a minute or so. The attitude they work with is ridiculous. It's like if they dont even want to be there. Let's bring back the great customer service.

Just an FYI please do yourself a favor and look above where they cook the pretzels. The air vent is so covered in dust, it makes your attic look clean. Absolutely disgusting, there was dust on the counter that had fallen off the vent. Please clean 🤦🏻♂️

I paid through door dash for a late night munchie. the restaurant confirmed but the restaurant didn’t make my order even though they had 40 minutes to make it. my dasher waited 20 minutes. I never received my order. if you want a pretzel, get some from walmart or target, that way you get what you want and dont waste time, energy or money!

I feel bad for these kids working at this pretzel maker. It just looks like they absolutely hate their job and can't wait to leave. That being said, if you don't like it, go find something you do like. The customer service is no smiles and they literally have no energy. Why? It's probably because of the free pretzels they get to have lol. Those pretzels are good but I pretty much look like those kids after I eat them. The good thing here is they are pretty fast with the times I've been there and I did manage to get a smile out of one of the workers who worked there. I think the food is average, service is also average and the mall environment is definitely below average.

Came for pretzels this evening, stood in line for 20 minutes or more. When I got up to the counter I was refused service... it was only 7:30, and they were dropping at least 4 sheets of pretzels so I didn't see the problem. Don't come here often so this just makes me never want to come back.
Was fast to order. Didn't have to wait. Walked away with food from counter right after I paid. Snack food is always great when shopping. And this is the place to get it.

Stood there for 20 minutes while 5 employees stood around. Had a very long line. Atleast 10 people. They would take everyone's order then line out all the orders before handing out everyone's orders. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The most awkward encounter ever. Three kids working there just stood there and stared at us. Not a hi or how ya doing. Then pushed the food out and didn’t say anything. No customer service skills at all. Really weird. Pretzels tasted chewy and were not hot.
