Where to begin….ugh, we were meeting family for lunch in Greeley. None of us are from there but it was a good meeting spot. We arrived right when they opened at 11am. We were the first guests in the building and were greeted and seated right away. The hostess was pleasant and said our server McKayla would be with us shortly. McKayla came to our table introduced herself and took our drink order. After she brought our drinks we ordered our meals. This was about 11:10pm, my husband and brother in-law both ordered a salad with their meals. We saw 2 other tables that arrived after us receive their meals. We still didn’t have our salads. This was at 11:45pm. Finally about 11:50 the hostess brought out the salads and told us our server had some sort of training and would be back with us soon. I explained that I had to leave at 12 because I had an appointment. The hostess said she would let the kitchen know. Then our server came back over and said the hostess had just put in our order but that it wouldn’t take long. I told her I needed to cancel my order because it was crab legs and I was not taking that to go. As I am getting up to leave the manager came out with 2 out of the 3 meals we ordered and I said, I told them to cancel my order, I have to leave! She said, are you sure? I said yes! Then she tried to get my family to keep them, I assume so we would still have to pay for them. I was so frustrated that I didn’t even get to have lunch with my family member that I hadn’t seen in person in 4 yrs because everyone just literally forgot about us. I also had ordered water to drink. I never did even receive 1 refill. My server when she appeared 50 mins after our 1st encounter even asked if I would like more water, I never got any. Just a really all around terrible experience! I heard they are closing down. I no longer wonder why. Also, I have been a server for 28yrs. I would NEVER have let this happen. I hope the tip that got left went to the hostess because she is really the only person that did anything for us.

We had the crab ? plate. It was pricey but surprisingly filling. We were going to have dessert but had to pass. We opted for the steamed snow crab with Chesapeake fries and Cole slaw. I'd skip the Cole slaw, though it was good, and go with the steamed broccoli ? instead if you want to keep calories down. The Cole slaw is blanketed with a rich creamy sauce. The Chesapeake fries are seasoned similar to the delectable biscuits. Did I mention the bottomless biscuits? Take it easy on the biscuits. They will fill you up quickly!

Came in for a late lunch and loved it. Really nice servers, delicious food that came out quickly and two perfect drinks. Absolutely will come back here to this location. Thanks for a great meal!
6/14/24. Food and service were perfectly fine. The problem was that the women's bathroom had unusable toilets due to overflowing. The men's bathroom had 1 out of 2 toilets functioning. The out of order toilet had recently flooded the bathroom and fecal matter was still observed on the floor. Unusable toilets with unclean floor poses a health risk to employees and customers. Needless to say, half of the family has experienced pretty severe gastrointestinal cramping and diarrhea, even after sanitizing our shoes and hands with 70% isopropyl alcohol and washing thoroughly. Please spend to money to fix this issue. Nobody wants cooks, servers, etc. walking around the restaurant with high fecal content on their shoes.

Atmosphere was great. Food was given to somebody else, so we got our food late and then when we got it, it was overcooked. And the order was incorrect. To pay that much for overcooked food, we won't go back.

Waiting for more than 30 minutes for a Takeout Order which the pick up time was at 7:10 and they got it out at 7:41
Parking: They have the curbside pick up parking but when you go to pick up your food there’s no parking available because other dining in costumers are parked there !!!!

Olivia took great care of us all (4 older women) despite our exuberant group. We warned her ahead of time (c'mon we weren't really that rowdy or anything just playful and fun) and she went with it and was very nice about it and playful right back. She gave as good as she got lol and we thought she was pretty cool ? thank you Olivia from that rowdy group of 4 (missing 1) on Saturday night!
Food was great. I'm on a low sodium diet and they have meals for that.

If the rumors of bankruptcy are true,I can see why. I had about half the size entree I've gotten at any other Red Lobster. The tails were on the shrimp in my pasta. Never happened before. No strawberries, so no daiquiri. 2 tablespoons of rice and the first biscuits brought out were dry. The service was fine,but the meal was disappointing.
