Ordered take-out while waiting in the lounge. The waiter was amazing, and made sure the orders were complete and exact. Great service!Wheelchair accessibility: Always easy to take in family members in wheelchairs. Tables and chairs are arranged with accessibility kept in mind.

Had really enjoyed red lobster before but this time we had a really bad experience our waitress provided us with one of the worst service since the beginning just to finish overcharging us and the manager did not even made an attempt to come and talk to us about what had happened very disappointing

Food was ok but not the best for 47 dollars… we ordered to go and they forgot an item so we had to go back and the shrimp Alfredo had the tails on it still which was disappointing what’s the point of paying that much money for food and you have to take the tails off you’re own shrimp to eat it it’s a waste of money.

Red Lobster has really gone downhill. Their lobster tails are all really small now. I can't see much great about this place other than it really used to be a great place to eat. Anymore, not so much. It was really disappointing. They charge a pretty penny for lobster tail but that pretty penny sure doesn't get you very much.

The workers were very nice, but they could move a little faster. The bartender was wonderful. The biscuits and stuffed mushrooms were great. The fish was skimpy, dry, and over battered. Not good at all.

We love going to red lobster but tonight was different. We got there, got seated right away and waited till we got our drinks and was told that they ran out of bread and were making a new batch. Which is completely 100% ok. But when we received it and took a bite out it was doughy on the inside like it was rushed out of the kitchen. The food was good but the service could have been better.

It had been years since I've visited a Red Lobster. Food and service were beyond my expectations and delicious. The ambiance is great, and they have a great menu to choose from. I highly recommend the snow crabs by the pound with bacon Mac & Cheese. I can't wait to get more. There is a bit of a wait, but it is well worth it. I didn't taste their adult beverages, but they sure looked huge and yummy!

The lady handing out the orders for door dash was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond making my wait as painless as possible gave me a water while I waited to pick up my order what a sweetheart and how lucky you are Red lobster to have this amazing lady working for you I sure wish I caught her

Sorry this is late I believe her name is Olivia! We came in for dinner on Thursday evening, God lover she had a whole section to herself it was very clear that they were understaffed. However she kept herself so well composed she stayed on time we did not wait hardly at all for our food The food was fantastic she was very professional very courteous made sure that she tended to see if we needed anything to drink or anything to accompany our meals. She is an excellent example of a valuable employee some of you do not want to lose I sure hope you guys do something to recognize her because she literally treated us like royalty! Not to mention I found out from another worker that she had been working all day long she wasn't even supposed to be there at that time of night. Olivia I hope I'm saying your name right you are awesome thank you so so much and I'll come back and see you when I come back to town. Julee

Worst service I've ever had. Had the all-you-can-eat shrimp every order wasn't the correct shrimp that I ordered. Had to wait up to 25 minutes for a refill on shrimp. Asked for napkins three times and had to go up to the hostess stand to get napkins.

When we got toward table our drinks quickly followed and they were never empty for any length of time. When making our order or waiter, Kenny, gave options that we were not aware of and/or just didn't have the time to read on the menu. The food turned out hot and absolutely wonderful.

Our last visit will be our last visit EVER! First, we arrived at the beginning of lunch service, restaurant had maybe 2 tables sat. The biscuits were cold. I ordered this AMAZING looking loaded baked potato… jokes on me. When it was served to me it was an overcooked day old cold baked potato that had an 1/8 of a cup of “lobster” in it… the price was $7.99. The Alfaro sauce looked like glue… didn’t even try it…. Previous visits have included a 2 1/2 hour wait for our cold food, a moth circling our head, poor service (when the place was not busy) and I won’t mention the taste of several starters… just skip this place.
