On one visit, a family was celebrate Mother's Day and received excellent service from the staff. The restaurant was able to accommodate their large group and provided coloring pages for their children. However, on another occasion, the service and food quality were not up to par. The kitchen cooked the Brussels sprouts and French fries poorly, and the drinks did not taste as good. The management could have handled the situation better by addressing the issue in a more respectful manner. Despite the inconsistencies, Red Robin is praised for its potential to provide an amazing dining experience.
