Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My daughter and I had the Southwest salad and drinks.

The food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The kitchen manager even came out and asked if everything was great.

My food was delicious and the service was amazing! Our server, Mary Jane, is our favorite and she is always so kind and loves to crack jokes with us! She really does light up when she sees us come in and it makes me want to come back to Red Robin because of her!!! Our whole family loves this establishment and it feels like our home!

My family & I went to have dinner at Red Robin tonight!When we got seated a few min latter Our waiter JAY came right away offered us fresh fries while we decided what we where going to order.I can definitely say he loves his job!We asked for alot & never once did he complain he was very quick at any request & kept our bottom less refills & drinks coming.I can say we had the best service will definitely be going back! It's makes it for a great night out with Pleasant workers like JAY that go above & beyond there job! I know waiters don't get credit for all there hard work so I also spoke with Manager & expressed how lucky they are to have JAY as part of there team!

Great dining experience! The service and food was great. I always enjoy dining at the Greeley Red Robin. Our server, Kolayah, was friendly and attentive and the manager, Luis, was pleasant as always.

Josh the kitchen manager is wonderful! He has a kind and energetic personality with contagious enthusiasm. He is very good about paying attention and accommodating people with severe allergies. 11/10 customer service. I have celiac and felt very safe eating here. Our server Jay also did a great job paying attention to our table and researching what was safe given my food allergies. We had a fantastic time, will definitely be returning.

Kalina was an awesome server and took great care of me. It's rare to find a server who takes such good care of a table with only one guest while taking care of other tables with multiple people. She is to be commended and praised.

Kolayah was amazing!! She was the sweetest person and I had great customer service. Definitely will be coming back because of her! Thank you for making our experience so special!

First time eating here, excellent food, I had the Lava Queso hamburger with onion rings, and I loved them.

Went to Red Robin today for a birthday lunch for myself. Everyone was very friendly and said happy birthday to me when I told them that was the reason for my visit.
My server Kelsey was helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond for me today. She made an amazing margarita for me and was quick to our table for refills on our bottomless items.
We had a question that Kelsey wasn't sure about, she got the manager to speak with us and he was very nice as well (didn't catch his name). He answered our question with no problem.
And just before we left one more manager (possibly kitchen manager) did a table touch to see if refills were needed.
I always appreciate good service when I go out and wanted to make sure to give a shout out to all the employees who made my birthday lunch special. Thank you!
Oh my gosh! I forgot to mentioned the food! Lol
I got the BBQ burger (can't remember the name), it was super good!!! The sauce is so sweet and tasty. All the food was hot and fresh, really enjoyed the onion stack with the BBQ sauce!!

How do they charge $3.99 extra for 6 onion rings. Also was charged .99 extra for onions on a cheeseburger with Swiss cheese only. Nothing else. $3.49 for a soda or tea

Today, I placed a carry out order after a rough shift at work and the staff added extra extra fries to my order. It included a cute little handwritten note saying, ‘here’s some extra fries. thank you for choosing red robin.’ This significantly improved my day and it was so sweet ! Thank you Red Robin staff ‹𝟥 you’re extremely hospitable and kind !
