We were in a hurry. We were on our way to see our grandson performing at UNC! They accommodated us quickly. The waitress was outstanding. The food was great.

When the food is meh and the service can’t make up for it, at least the restaurant is beautiful, the salsa is literally the only props I can give this store, go for that, being your own chips tho, and water bottle and entree and maybe order that a day ahead

I’ve lived in Greeley for 8 years and have been to the Rio countless times, but after my recent experience I will never step foot in this place again. Eric was beyond rude, disrespectful to my entire table, refused us service, and then ran off instead of answering simple questions. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The only saving grace of the night was Jordan, who was outstanding. If the Rio had more people like Jordan and fewer like Eric, it would be worth coming back. But as it stands, this restaurant lost my business for good!

It's always been my favorite. This time though it was subpar at best. The food was lukewarm to cool. The cheese whiz filling in the enchilada plate was different. And the workers were nice, but all seemed very preoccupied. It may have been a bad day, but it wasn't great.
They have a refined take on Tex-Mex. The side of black beans I got had an odd presentation and maybe could've used a few more ingredients, but the tacos were unique, tasty, and on fluffy tortillas.

Food was excellent, as always, and the wait time very minimal. Drinks were strong but not over the top. Just right in my opinion.

I really enjoy their food especially their steak. I do think it's a little expensive. And the margaritas aren't that good. The service every time we come though sucks. I usually end up waiting at the door for multiple minutes. And table service is always slow not to mention the servers wearing tank tops and booty shorts is unappealing.

Very clean, staff was very nice, and the burrito I had was one of the best burritos I’ve had. Definitely coming back!

Typical Mexican fair. I had the steak tacos and they were delicious; however, I mainly judge Mexican restaurants by their cheese dip. Unfortunately it tasted like melted velvita cheese. However their margaritas and the tacos let them get a 4 star on food and overall.
