Went there for lunch 20 mins after they were supposed to be open and the door was locked. Person inside came and unlocked the door, but didn't really seem very excited about it. We were the first two there but had to sit while the staff was eating lunch to wait to order drinks or food. Most of the menu wasn't available. Overall it was a horrible experience. Not planning on doing that again.

The ramen is some of the best I've had. I love the atmosphere, and I really appreciate the servers who are kind and helpful. Parking is tricky but worth it!

I would really like to see the waitstaff properly trained. I understand they're young but lately whenever I visit the service has been less than desirable. This visit my server visited my table once to take my order and once to drop food. There was no follow up to make sure it tasted ok, no follow up to make sure I have everything I need, and certainly no follow up to fill the empty water cup sitting on the edge of the table for the last ten minutes. I think even a little bit of instruction would be helpful to bring up the quality of the customer service to be more on par with the quality of the food (which is fantastic).

Really impressed with this place tried it out a few weeks ago although not completely authentic it did a damn good job. Presentation was on point, egg was made correctly even though broth was different than what I'm used to it was not bad I actually enjoyed it. As someone who has visited Japan and had authentic ramen this was a really good fix. Will be returning !
