I would really like to see the waitstaff properly trained. I understand they're young but lately whenever I visit the service has been less than desirable. This visit my server visited my table once to take my order and once to drop food. Really impressed with this place tried it out a few weeks ago although not completely authentic it did a damn good job. Presentation was on point, egg was made correctly even though broth was different than what I'm used to it was not bad I actually enjoyed it. As someone who has visited Japan and had authentic ramen this was a really good fix. Will be returning !
