I absolutely LOVE everything about this place from the food, the workers and the beautiful atmosphere!! I came into dine yesterday afternoon and haven’t forgot about the savory flavors that entered my mouth. Roma west is definitely a place I will always recommend!! If you’re looking for an AMAZING Italian restaurant, this is the place for you.🍕🍕

I’m not sure who owns this restaurant or if they care about the business but this place has gone so far downhill it’s amazing. I used to get a pizza from here at least once a week but then something changed and the pizza was horrible everytime I ordered. But foolishly I decided to try again just to be disappointed one last time. I ordered a small pepperoni and a full size ravioli for my daughter. My pizza was ready when I got there but they didn’t start the ravioli until after I paid. She said it would be another 5 minutes. My pizza sat on the cold counter the entire time the ravioli cooked, which took longer than 5 minutes. There was 3 customers in the restaurant and 5 employees. Two of the employees were in the back of the kitchen vaping while I waited. When I get home with my order I have to cut and reheat my pizza my daughter couldn’t eat her ravioli because it was bland and under cooked. So mad I wasted $24 on that. They need to close this place and someone should open a Krazy Karl’s Pizza.

used to love it here but damn the food is so bad now. it’s beyond bland and the pasta is undercooked almost every time. the service is horrendous no one cares and it shows. the price is insane for borderline cafeteria food. this place went downhill and i won’t be coming back.

Was looking for a great Italian restaurant and I can say I have found it at Roma West. Great atmosphere for everyone. But the food was outstanding. Price was worth the food for our family of three. Highly recommend checking this place out. We WILL be back.

We ordered 2 deluxe carolis and they were awful they both were cold in the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted. It like they pre-made them and put them in microwave to warm them up before service. The roma in windsor is tons better and we will no longer do business with the roma in greeley.

I used to rate Romas West pretty high for their Pizza but after last night and maybe it was just a bad night but lately their pizza has dropped to 2 stars. The cheese is weird and crust has zero flavor and I could count the amount of sausage on one hand. I don’t know what’s happened but it’s nothing close to what it used to be. Also ordered a couple of glasses of wine and they used to give a great pour but these were so small, I just had to ask the waitress about it. Her answer was astounding. She said it was the end of the bottle and didn’t want to open a new one. Incredible,Sad !
We have eaten at Roma West multiple times. Always a great experience. This time, I stopped in to pick up dinner to go. Was in and out in 25 minutes. Which for a caroli, is pretty good. Highly recommend!!

We stopped in on a walk . Got garlic toast and a pizza . I've gotta say . This was really good. The crust was almost like Beau Jo's. But it had its own flare . The garlic toast was amazing as well . Good service too. These kids are working hard
