This young man not only got my order wrong, but also mocked me to his coworkers after I demanded it to be fixed. I don’t appreciate ordering food and then having the staff make fun of me in Spanish. I’m bilingual by the way so I understood everything. Very uncomfortable interaction. I am in marketing, so I will make sure every platform is updated on the experience here. Super unfortunate.

If you order a Indian taco from Santiago's with beans and beef be prepared to eat a pound of beans and very little beef. There had to be at least a pound of beans on there. I couldn't even eat it. Waste of money. Never again!!!

I have been eating at Santiago's for years. I moved to Greeley last year and I've been to this location maybe five times. Unfortunately it is not very clean, extremely understaffed, and the service is lacking. It always looks like it is closed. The family member that owns this location really should shut it down as it is giving the business a bad name. I drive to Johnstown to get my Santiago's fix now and it is well worth the extra 5 minutes it takes me to get there. The absolute best location IMO is either Ft Lupton or Brighton.

Food quality has gone downhill and terrible customer service
Too pricy for the proportions, but the food was good. They served us our dine-in order on paper plates and with plastic ware which did not make cutting into my burrito easy at all, my fork was on the verge of breakng. It was nice to have one of the employees pour our drink for us as we were paying.

UPDATE: The service and food is mediocre at best these days. Went to get a breakfast burrito/hot and a pint of hot green chili. Chili was ok, but no longer lives up to its reputation. I was not given a spoon in the bag, so had to improvise. Burrito was awful, devoid of any sauce. 3 bites in I found a half inch square piece of plastic wrapper that got diced up with the ingredients. Really unsettling. Service at window was very long. Person at window did not look happy, was not friendly and left me with the feeling that they could care less about the customers. Sorry, Santiago's Greeley. You have lost a customer.

we walked in ordered and five people came in and ordered after us we were the only white people and all five people in front of us got their food they tried to say it was because we had steak when we clearly saw the people after us had steak as well and they got their food first. we asked for a refund and she tried charging us for two large pops that we didn't even get and she delivered their food to their table she yelled out our chips and salsa were up there. i have never felt so out of place. when we asked about our food she said if we came back up to give it to us togo. then had the nerve to tell her boss that the food took too long instead of what really happened. they need someone who is an adult to run that place these young kids don't know customer service!!!!
