Waited About 30 minutes for a waitress finally took my order for a fountain drink waited for about another 10 minutes never got it poor service so l left.

Starting off with the weight staff very rude as I ordered a breakfast burrito smothered with green chili for $7,25 which had very light green chili I asked to have A little more to be told, I would be charged a additional $3.01 Juan I’m assuming the manager was not very understanding as I showed him my plate that had a large amount of lettuce and tomatoes more than green chili. I would highly recommend go to a difference Santiagos as I have had way better experience at others I would not recommend or nor I will spend another dime at this location

Used to be our go to spot for my family and I but after waiting in the drive through for someone to take our order and then watching the staff chase each other around the parking lot, we will definitely not be spending our money here anymore. The staff clearly saw us in our vehicle and when we said “hello” they continued to run around. Just a WEIRD and an unfortunate experience for my family.
They don't have straws for the drinks and it seemed a little dirty but the food was good

Today I was eating a smothered breakfast burrito that I got in the Drive-Thru and there was literally plastic wrapping inside of my burrito like they had cut a bag of something open and left pieces of the plastic inside of the burrito
