The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, with a few tables needing a wiping down. The floor was clean. The order was up and ready in just a few minutes. The food was very good. No complaints other than the portion size (burrito), which was about ⅓ smaller than I expected for the price, that was somewhat higher than expected. Although the smothered burrito had good beef and a tasty sauce, it was about average quality compared to other Mexican food restaurants...
I knew there was reason I stopped going to Santiagos, qhen u order your food to go or in the drive thru by the time you get home all of your damn sauce or green chili for your Smothered burrito is all in the bag yall need some better to go containers. Im pissed. Right now . I should of just got a hand held burrito..
If you order a Indian taco from Santiago's with beans and beef be prepared to eat a pound of beans and very little beef. There had to be at least a pound of beans on there. I couldn't even eat it. Waste of money. Never again!!!
