We’ve visited Ta Culichi twice, and each time was exceptional! On our first visit, we tried the ceviche, Plebes sushi, camarones gobernadores, and chiles Thai—every dish was bursting with flavor and authenticity. The ceviche was fresh and tangy, the camarones gobernadores were perfectly cooked, and the sushi had an amazing balance of spice and texture. The chiles Thai added a great kick that tied the whole meal together.
During our second visit, we ordered the fried rice with shrimp, El Chacaloso sushi, and La Campechana. The fried rice was packed with shrimp and full of flavor, while the sushi rolls were as delicious as before. La Campechana was a standout dish, with a delightful mix of seafood and a fresh, citrusy kick.
To top it off, they catered for 30 people for my birthday on short notice, and the food was a hit with everyone! The family-oriented business truly shines with their hospitality and commitment to quality. Ta Culichi is hands down our favorite spot in Greeley for authentic Sinaloan cuisine and sushi with a twist. Highly recommended!

The quality of the sushi is simply unbeatable. I recommend trying the house special sushi and the Ribeye rolls, they are an absolute delight! The seafood is very good, fresh and prepared to perfection, I recommend the Sinaloense tostada or snack.
