Ordered the Marshall. It was so watery the bread became soggy, like completely soaked. Sandwich was not good at all. Service was great which is why it's not a 1 star. Rest of the food may be ok but I do not recommend the marshall

One slice of turkey on an 8" Georgetown sub?!? I emailed the owner who confirmed that was the proper amount that corporate chooses to use. Ridiculous! I'll drive further to the location on 10th St instead which must be a franchise because more substantial sandwiches are made there.

Just sent a doordash to my husband at work, paid for double turkey on a Georgetown sub. He got 1 slice of turkey in the sub. 1 slice even after I paid for double meat. I guess that's what happens when it's doordash and you don't sit and wait and be able to complain. You have to stare at the photo to even find the turkey.

I ordered food from them for delivery they call me an hour before close telling me they are closed and won't be making my food. Now I have no food and they refused to refund me back!
Stopped in at 10:30 on a Friday night. I ordered the Dodge City and my husband ordered the King Bullion. Both sandwiches were so good-packed with meat and cheese. Very generous sandwiches. Friendly staff and quick service. We’ll be back.

Sooo. This is the second time getting a horrible sandwich from this location. I ordered a 16 inch Cripple Creek ( a hot sandwich) to go. When I got home (3 blocks) and yes, I drove. I realized that my sandwich was cold, wet, and missing 4 inches. Half the sandwich bread was drenched in water. So much so that it was more doughy than bread like. The temp was as though they just pulled some frozen chicken out of the microwave way too early. and it was missing 1/4 of the sandwich.If you’re looking to eat something horrible, save your money, and just have someone vomit in your mouth.

We ordered two small sandwiches and two chips. My granddaughter had $20.00 which should have been plenty (6.19 X2=12.38 plus two chips 3.98) they told her she was .05 cents short and the lady said she couldn't do anything about it. First of all it should not have been over $20.00! Second, they took all the toppings off the only sandwich that they did make and then gave it to her.

Walked in at 11.10 pm after 12 hour shift just needed some food before bed as the female employee yells at me saying that shes ten minutes from closing with a dirty look some blonde white lady and some taller kid denied me service of making a Buffalo stampeed 50 mins before closing shameful experience i will never go this establishment again I hope the employees are up trained or replaced ..
