Not sure how this place is still even in business. Ive had nothing but bad experiences here in the past. Thought I'd give it another shot and just order online. Entered payment info and billing address multiple times, but no matter what i did it wouldn't let me place my order. Got jimmy John's instead. Figure out your online ordering. It's 2026 not 2006

This location consistently runs out of bread, at 8 pm, on weekends. I get not being wasteful and prepping for what you use, but this is a sandwich shop. Are you seriously going to just shut the doors when you’re “out of bread”? It’s just silly that a sandwich shop lets one of the main components of a sandwich run out wayyy before the end of the shift.

We ordered a Cripple Creek (a chicken bacon ranch basicay) and they forgot the CHICKEN. AND BACON. We also ordered a french dip and they didnt give cheese and gave about 1.5 oz of Aju. Polite person but they screwed everything up. CHECK. YOUR. FOOD.

This broccoli cheese soup was super thick with lack of cheese taste and mainly just broccoli taste. Their soup used to be my favorite but this location is severely making it wrong...We also ordered two hot subs. Pick up was at 12:20, I got there by 12:22 and they were really really cold. Pretty bummed because we looked really forward to silvermines and how amazing their food is, especially at other locations. But the East Greeley/Evans location was absolutely terrible. Also the sprite I paid for had no syrup. Yay. Never again what a waste of 42 bucks. Should have went to cheba hut instead.
