This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Make sure you double check your order. This is the second time they didnt put some of the food I paid for and ordered in the bag. They also will ask you multiple times for sauces and cheese that go with your order that you paid for and again, forget to put it in the bag. Then when you get home and see some of the items aren't there, all they will do is refund you the cost of the condiments that you paid for while you eat some dry ass food. When they should give you the same item for free the next time you eat there. Again, TERRIBLE customer service by the employees, especially the manager. Today is 11/6/2025 incase the regional manager reads this review.

Sonic in Greeley is always a fun stop for our family! The service is quick, the food is fresh, and you can’t beat their drink and slush options- especially on a hot Colorado day. The carhops are always friendly, and it’s such an easy place to grab a quick bite or treat on the go.

As a Johnstown real estate agent who’s often out and about in Northern Colorado, I really appreciate places like this where you can count on fast, friendly service every time. Always a great experience!

Lately the staff has been on point. That has not always been the case though. Hit and miss is usually the case. The morning staff seems to have it down. As younger team members come on is when things start to be an issue. For most it is their first job and having kids myself, I leave some grace for understanding and teachable moments for management.

The food and service were excellent. I opted for an outside dining experience. The weather was beautiful however there were a large amount of flies due to neglected trash bins.

They brought our food out right away and it was cold. Definately had been sitting awhile and was so greasy the burger box fell apart from all the grease. Large fries filled only half full. Total waste of my time and money.

Our food was lukewarm to cold. This seems to be common based on others sharing similar experiences. Not sure a repeat visit is worthwhile. Maybe for their shake or ice cream since it's already cold 😬

$7.27 for a hamburger is bad enough, but then you add the utterly mediocre quality (even for fast food) and the mistaken order at the window (gave me cheese I didn't want) and this first visit to Sonic is also my last. at least the employees were friendly.

They forgot the cheese sauce for my pretzel and put my chili dog in the bag vertically ruining it. All of the cheese and half the chili was stuck to the bag. Basic things like this happen every time I go there. The employees just don't care and it really shows
