Fries were cold, my kids plain burger was smothered in ketchup and mustard, burger cold, onion rings had 3 onion rings in the order. Took 35 minutes to get this disappointment meal. You guys are right next to the youth baseball field and missing a great opportunity for profit.

I ordered a Milkshake, they took too long to make it and I when i received it was only whipped cream, no ice cream. It was discussing. I didn’t notice right away because I came home and put it in the freezer

I have never felt more rushed ordering in my life. I get that it is busy trust me but to get my order wrong 2 times when I verbally tell you what goes in my drink. I had to go wait in the long drive thru line again after realizing they messed up my drink after I had already asked to make sure they were correct at the window. I nearly paid $30 dollars for poor service and my order not being correct. Do better.

It has a good theme with the roller skates, and the food is good; however, the service is generally not great because they are likely to get the order wrong. Usually they mess something up with the food, although they are nice about it and get it fixed. So their kindness makes up for the extra waiting. So now that I think about it, they have great service! Thank you Sonic! I also definitely recommend strawberry milkshakes, pretzel twists (with marinara sauce), chili tots, chili fries, chili dogs, and pickle fries.

THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!! I ordered a caramel sundae from the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. I saw my sundae sitting on the counter the entire time I was waiting to get to the window which was over 5 min. When I got to the window I asked for a new one and they refused to make. The girl at the window said she just made it. SUCH A LIAR!!! I ordered an ice cream not melted ice cream in a cup. I won't be going back here again. Rather go to McDonalds or Dairy Queen for my next ice cream.
