If you want all of your food, don’t go here, they always forget at least one item and if you do get all of them, they aren’t right. Want a Reese’s blast? You get an M&M. Want a cheese burger? Here’s your chicken sandwich.The staff is short and rude, which more than likely isn’t their fault consider they make pennies but genuinely: please fill the drinks to the top. It isn’t that hard to see through a clear cup to fill it.Everyone under 30 has worked fast food or in the service industry at this point, please just take half a second to pay attention to what you’re doing.

This has to be one of the worst Sonic locations in the country, and that is not an overstatement! We ended up walking in the front door due to an order issue and were appalled that not a single employee was wearing a hairnet or gloves to make the food. We watched a young man grab frozen hot dogs out of a freezer with his bare hands drop them in the oil and then proceeded to wipe his hands on his shirt and then grab buns and start laying them out on the counter. The other two young ladies that were inside were very rude and disorganized and when we made a comment about none of them wearing gloves to cook the food they immediately gave us an attitude and turn their backs on us. Sad and disgusting.

This has got to be one of the worst fast food restaurants in Greeley in terms of service. The day shift is fine, but those who work at night are on an exceptional level of rude, apathetic, slow and genuinely disinterested in doing anything effectively in regards to their very basic job description. If you truly hate your job so much that taking an order for one drink riddles you with torture, I suggest you try something else with your life. Sonic the corporation should have shut down this location long ago.
Ordered on Sonic’s app. Went and picked it up only to get home and find they put two slices of cheese on. My burger that I ordered with NO CHEESE. What’s the point of ordering on the app. Employees can’t read a screen and prepare the order the way I want, threw it in the trash. Waste of $20. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately this location is comically bad as far as food quality. After several visits over many years- never once have a felt like the food was made right/well. Today our buns were rock hard and dry, tots were mush and the kids burger was torn up and DRENCHED in mustard. Who manages this place? How is this location still running? Why is the quality standard so low for regional/district management? Drinks are the only safeish option. So expensive for such poor quality. Only went because my kid begged for it. Won't go again.

My daughter just went through drive thru and ordered a #2 super sonic cheese burger no onions... I texted it to her because I wanted exactly what it said on her text... Well she just got home because we live pretty far from Sonic and sure enough , I got a #1 instead ? can't they ever get an order right??? I burger and they got it wrong
