I’m having dessert before lunch today at Spotlight! First, a cinnamon ice cream espresso affogato, then my chipotle turkey on a bagel-both a terrific treat!
It’s across from Doug’s Diner and next to the Moxi in Greeley, CO. Now they have “Boozy Drinks”-next time I’m trying the Irish Coffee Milkshake!

Beautiful cafe! You can tell they put so much love into this space❤️ The cashier was very sweet and helpful. The ice cream was delicious! We can’t wait to go back a try something else!
