So first off I went around 11:15am 1/13/24 and the two kids at the counter were sitting on their phones and jumped when they saw me like I was a manager who just caught them doing something wrong. I then gave my order and they seemed like they were annoyed at having to make my drinks.I just got back with what I thought was my correct order only to find out that they gave me a Dirty Chai (Espresso in the drink) instead of a Vanilla Chai. And my Latte had Milk instead of Almond Milk. I'm Lactose Intolerant, and the Chai was for someone who is Coffee Intolerant, so we both got pretty sick afterwards. They gave me no receipt, and didn't even bother to put stickers on the drinks I bought. I was already home and couldn't go back, and I had no receipt or label (again didn't notice until I got home) so I couldn't argue it even if I tried.DO NOT GO HERE. THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG DRINKS AND NO RECEIPT IR TICKET!

I have to say, this is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! In the US and outside!!They keep the place sparkling clean, the management is absolutely rocking it, staff members all providing great customer service with excellent attitudes, and they made my order to perfection! Thank you! Highly recommend going here
