I don’t normally take the time to write Google reviews, but my experience at the Starbucks in Greeley, Colorado this morning absolutely deserved one. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and perfectly clean—exactly the kind of energy you want to start your day with.
I ordered my usual Venti Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, and I have to say—it was made perfectly. The balance of espresso, brown sugar syrup, and oat milk was spot on: not too sweet, not too strong, just smooth, cold, and refreshing with that signature cinnamon spice that ties it all together. It’s one of those drinks that can be hit or miss depending on the barista, but this one was a total hit.
To go with it, I grabbed a slice of Cinnamon Coffee Cake, and wow—it was fresh, moist, and had just the right amount of crumble on top. The pairing of that warm cinnamon flavor with the iced espresso was exactly what I needed to kick off my morning.
But what really made this visit stand out wasn’t just the drink or the food—it was Sofia. She was absolutely amazing. Sofia greeted me with a big, genuine smile and treated every customer like they actually mattered. She didn’t rush through my order, double-checked everything to make sure it was right, and even remembered my name by the time I picked up my drink. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the energy she brings to the counter. That kind of customer service makes such a difference, especially when you’re starting your day early and just need that little boost of positivity along with your caffeine.
I watched her interact with a few other customers while waiting, and she was consistently kind, patient, and upbeat with everyone—balancing efficiency and friendliness perfectly. It’s rare these days to find baristas who go above and beyond, but Sofia absolutely does.
Overall, this location deserves five solid stars for quality, service, and atmosphere. Everything was quick, clean, and done with care. Huge shoutout to Sofia for making this Starbucks visit the best one I’ve had in a long time. If you’re in Greeley and want your drink made right—and want to be treated like a valued guest—definitely stop by this Starbucks. And if you see Sofia, tell her she’s doing an incredible job!

I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years now, I always arrive right before I begin work. Most of the time I order a drink or a breakfast sandwich, sometimes I don’t. Either way, they have ALWAYS let me use the restroom weather I order or not. Today there was a new lady who I had kindly asked the pin to the bathroom, she said “I can’t let you in the bathroom unless you are a customer” in which case I replied with I am a customer and i’ve been ordering from this place for years. Long story short she still insisted on trying to making me order something before I used the restroom despite me saying that i’ve been using this restroom before work and I’ve been ordering for years. I’m sorry starbucks but you’ve lost a customer. Please look into this new employee, she has purple/pink hair. I’ve never had this problem with an employee until now, I’m pissed.

Great service and a cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and quick, and my drink was made just right. The store was clean with plenty of seating, perfect for a quick break or getting some work done. Definitely coming back!

2 out of the 3 times I have gone there they make the drinks incorrectly I mean why do the have labels for the drinks if they don’t make them how they are ordered. Caramel drizzle where? They charge for additional things and you don’t get them, that’s not fair.
I got a small iced soy latte. Today was like ninety five you feel me. It was essentially perfect so im not gonna say nothing really just that it was essentially perfect and im particular it was made faaaaaast. Like real fast.

Very rude place, they are judgemental and if they don't like you they throw attitude at you. I recommend finding coffee elsewhere, their coffee here isn't even good. They take forever with the orders and that's possibility a judgemental thing because I have seen them move faster and get other people's drinks before mine. Just not a good place. Some times when they put your drink up they won't even call out that it's done. Trash place. Trash service, go elsewhere trust me. I even once had one argue with me about my drink when it wasn't what I ordered..... If you do come here make sure you go in so you can make sure you get what you ordered.

I don't know why I bother trying to come here anymore. Every time I do I am disappointed. My drink is never made right and then they are rude. You try to have them fix the drink they mess up and it is an inconvenience. Today was my breaking point. I ordered an iced drink. They made it hot twice in a row and by the third drink it was finally iced and just completely wrong. I am not sure what I was given but it is not what I ordered. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Go to a different location or take yourself to the closest Dutch Bros.
