Same problem with the same green hair. Rude and left.my brewed coffee sitting there while she caught up with the other four servers. Nonei had to go back up and ask for another coffee. thought to get my drink and I sat there. Terrible service.

The food was great but the manager/lead was bad mouthing her employees, while I was having a breakfast date. We had to listen to her being rude to the other employees. Sad to see how poorly employees are treated there.

I ordered a Venti tea, but it tasted off and was clearly not made right. After my appointment, I went back so they could fix it, and they told me the sticker said “Grande” even though they had given me a Venti cup. They mentioned that during peak hours they sometimes use different cup sizes, but that really didn’t make sense. And it was DEAD when I went through! It definitely was a mistake on their end, probably from whoever entered the order.
The lady with blue hair was defensive and didn’t seem interested in helping. I could’ve argued my case, I know I said Venti and they can easily check the order recordings, but honestly, it wasn’t worth the hassle.
It’s disappointing because this was my first time ever complaining, and I expected better customer service.

Flat out ignored at counter for well over 5 minutes. One other customer in store who had already been served and nobody in the Drive-Thru. Just rude for no apparent reason. No other Starbucks in town treats people this way

They have been consistently getting my order right for the past few weeks (hot white mocha w/ two extra pumps white mocha-simple I know) which is a drastic change from my previous experiences at this location and others within Greeley. Whatever y'all are doing, keep up the great work.

I am visiting from Denver and the staff at the store Greeley took the time to answer my questions suggest recommendations of my favorite drink and gave me a free sample to taste. They are very friendly and more than kind. I asked for their names and these are the ladies that were very generous and helpful and kind. Joanna and Kaela and Zaharrah. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs and they spread their happiness to the customers. I am very happy and I will return to this location just because of their amazing customer service!

This is a cumulative review based on multiple visits. They are frequently out of sugar free syrups, sandwiches, pastries, and on this particular visit were out of the Pecan Crunch syrups. Being out of something occasionally is understandable, but this location makes it habitual.

Food: Obviously it's a Starbucks so the food and drink are very similar to every other Starbucks you are going to go.
Service: the people who work here are very sweet and kind. I came to finish a project and the barista working was super sweet and gave me a complimentary brownie when I was studying. Such nice people here!
Atmosphere: Now this is where is is a little rough. They have a cute outdoor seating but there isn't much out there and since it is right beside the parking lot it is also kind of loud out there. Inside is cute however it is quaint. There is about 4 tables in total so not much room to sit and work. Definitely more of a Grab-n-Go Starbucks compared to some of the others in the area.
Parking: There is a decent amount of parking. Just be weary they share the lot with some restaurants and other stores. Also large semi-trucks who load and unload there can make the parking lot hard to navigate.
