I ordered a matcha latte, and it had so many clumps of matcha powder that I had to throw it away. When I went back the next day, they told me that matcha lattes are naturally clumpy. Other Starbucks locations have served it without problem.

Poor service! Did a mobile order and the inside access was closed so I got in line which took 15 minutes and once at the window, the girl didn't greet me or hand me my drinks that had been sitting there. She slowly took the drive through order so when another worker walked near the window I asked if he could just hand me my drinks because they were already paid for and the young girl grabbed them and thrust them out the window to me and told me to "go somewhere else next time"! Please Starbucks, hire people who have half a brain and can be pleasant to your customers!

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I order through the app so I can pick up in store, get in and out. This morning at 6:57 AM they had a sign on the lobby door directing people to the drive thru to pick up orders. Now, I'm sitting through a long line in the drive thru just to get my order, which I’m told was ready 15 minutes ago.
Last time I came here they didn’t have half my order and did not tell me, just told me my order was ready. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!

I Love the people for the most part and they try their best with pushing drinks out quickly. But the atmosphere is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve gone in here countless times to study and it can’t be done. Whoever manages this location has an obvious affinity for mariachi music. The other day I sat next to her as she took up a table doing work, how I don’t know. They BLAST it in there. I had earplugs in trying to study and I moved away from speakers and that’s all you can hear, no regard for meetings, calls, or work that people try to do in their business. I stepped outside to take a call and there were tons of people outside, one made a comment “ yeah there’s no speakers out here thank God!”
I don’t know if they are intentionally trying to drive people out of there but it’s working. Eventually no one will do any business in that building that’s a guarantee. I know there are many complaints with corporate so maybe something will be done finally. It’s not like we have many Starbucks worth a damn in Greeley, this is really unfortunate.

The weekend crew is absolutely lost. The drinks are never consistent, always a gamble going there on the weekend. Don’t know if you’re getting a burned espresso drink or a random drink you didn’t order. I think I’ll stick to Dutch Bros.

When you order from the Starbucks, they’ll give you wrong drinks or instead of replacing an item that that you had with something comparable or just anything in general or even even refunding you for the item they’ll just write you a paper note and not give you anything……
