Went to get food for dinner, and they only had 1 guy working, and there were 6 people in line behind me.
They were out of pepperoni and the tomatoes were old looking from not keeping them cold.

I ordered online after not ordering for a while due to issues. I got notified my order was ready. Go to pick it up and they just started it. Restaurant is empty. Workers have nothing but excuses.

A couple ahead of me, ordered 2 sandwiches. 10 minutes later I placed my order. The kid barely got started on it and in walked another customer. My sandwich sat ( just toasted ) while the employee proceeded to build the order behind me?! Myself and the guy behind me were very confused. 1 sandwich, NO soda or chips no extras &14.00. DO better Subway and obviously your employee needs some additional help . .... Very disappointed

HORRIBLE avoid at all costs my family did a order online and then pick up when we got there our sandwiches weren't made even though there was 4 employees there only 1 employee started making our sandwiches the other 3 didn't help with making the sandwiches instead I saw 2 employees screwing around the other employee just went to sit down and eat . My family will NOT be eating at Subways anymore.

Went to the store to order food at 7:20pm walked in and was not greeted and the girl ignored us started an online order I’m assuming. We waited for 10 minutes still continuing to ignore us and then we walked out and went to a different subway. To very happy about it never said I have an online to make or nothing and saw us walk in and didn’t even start the order till we where already waiting to get helped

Don’t order for pickup online if you plan on modifying your order, or maybe don’t order in general. I did a #16 with a different kind of cheese and avocado I paid an extra $3 for, even states it on the receipt I paid extra for it. It was just a regular #16 with none of the modifications I put down. The bread was dry and hard to bite down on also. Subways just isn’t the same. Also when I came in to pickup my order the lady looked at me dazed and confused like they’ve never had someone order online to pickup.

Today, I had the rather intriguing experience of sampling a sandwich from Subway, and I must say, it was quite the culinary adventure. As I entered the establishment, I was greeted with the familiar aroma of freshly baked bread, a scent that instantly transported me to a realm of delectable possibilities.

I opted for a classic choice, the Chicken Teriyaki, which boasted succulent pieces of chicken doused in a tantalizingly sweet and savoury sauce. The sandwich artist, as they so delightfully call themselves, assembled my sandwich with the precision of a master craftsman, layering crisp vegetables and a generous helping of cheese.

The first bite was a revelation. The tender chicken melded harmoniously with the crunchy lettuce and the slight tang of red onions. The bread, a delightful Italian herb and cheese, provided the perfect canvas for this symphony of flavours.

One mustn't forget the condiments. A touch of mayo and a hint of sweet onion sauce elevated the experience to new heights. It was, dare I say, rather splendid.

All in all, my Subway adventure was a jolly good one. For a quick bite that doesn’t compromise on flavour, Subway has certainly earned a commendable spot in my list of favoured eateries. Bravo, Subway, bravo

Most recent comment next to mine mentiond terrible wait, we definitely experienced some of what that person was saying as it was only two people and the other person kept coming and going and refused to help. Also they were on their phone. We are actually new to Greeley and we skipped the location closest to us because this one had better ratings. Boy was that a mistake, after I received my sandwich I knew right away before I opened it the bread was super stale and old. Little ridiculous and unacceptable for a sub place. Next time we'll take a chance on our closer location.

Bad Restaurant Experiences

There were two employees present. With a line of people waiting for their turn to order. One employee decides to leave instead of helping customers. Unprofessional. Waited over 30 minutes before my order was started.

If you insist on eating here, be sure to place an online order otherwise you’ll be waiting in line for a very long time. And when you place your online order, don’t show up until 10 minutes after your order is due and it MIGHT be ready. And then check your order before you leave because it may be wrong. Otherwise, don’t bother eating here.
