The fact that every time I have an online order for this specific establishment it is never done on time I will come in and still have to wait for them there's always an excuse there's serious cross contamination with other people's foods

Employee was nice and friendly. They greeted my wife and I as soon as we entered and got started on our order right away. She was busy making online orders as well but she managed to get ours done at the same time. Very professional and knowledgeable

I drove to subway at centerplace got told they had no ham so i came to this one just to see the place CLOSED. Very upset specially google saying it’s open?? Lol

Today my coworker picked up a sandwich for me. However, it was all incorrect. The employees here seem to just not care. Bit rude, and all I wanted was my order remade correct.

I know I just came from the dispensary, but everything about my experience was just wonderful. Staff was very helpful in helping me decide what to order and my sandwich was delicious.and the Doritos were the best I have ever had.

Went in for an online pickup, cashier was rude to me because I had come in early and the food wasn’t done yet. I sat in the restaurant for 14 minutes & the workers didn’t realize the order was done about four minutes into my arrival. Cashier was rude again when I asked about the Happy Gilmore cups and I did not receive my soft drink with my meal. One sandwich had so much pepper it was spicy when I ordered “less” pepper, and almost no mayo or bacon when I asked for regular. The second sandwich had too much mayo.

Guy that made my sandwich was rude and wanted to do the meal of the day and they were out of meatballs again but last week this happened and they made me another sandwich from the meal of the day and this time it was a different guy and he refused to do it... not my fault it was a 2nd week you were out of meatballs and he didn't want to give me a managers name or the GMs name or number and had a attitude...

Came in the store to have my sandwich remade because it wasn’t warm and asked nicely if I could just have it warmed up only to get nasty attitude from the woman. Don’t recommend coming here unless you have tolerance to bitter people like these workers!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Order came without any of the requested vegetables, sauces, extras, etc.Wasn’t even toasted. Just dry bread, meat, and cheese.
I ordered through the app, and tried to file a complaint but found I had to contact the store directly. I called the store 4 times and every time received a busy tone. Horrible service. Horrible attention to customer requests. Horrible experience.
This is not the first time I have received bad service here. Will not be going to this location anymore.

I have come to this subway location a couple of times. Each time, the wait is usually over 10 minutes. Today I ordered online. I went in at the recommended arrival time and there were only 2 employees working, the line had 11 people and 1 person who was waiting on a pick up order as well. The workers seemed very new, maybe stressed about how busy it was and it’s only the 2 of them working. I felt bad them. I got my order 11 minutes after the time I was to pick up my order. I feel that this tends to be a common issue here. Not enough employees working here to fit the productivity levels.
