Place is extremely dirty. There was fake nail left on one of the tables. Food on the floor and tables left from who knows how long ago. When online order was picked up, was told they were out of meatballs, cookies, white bread and drink carriers all of which were supposed to be part of our order. This place isd in need of some good management asap!!

Worst service and subway I've EVER been to. Want mayo? Nope all out!! Want olives? Nope all out!!!! Want jalapeños ? Nope all out!!! Want American cheese? Nope all out!! Waited thirty minutes to basically find out I could get a ham sandwich with lettuce. Just terrible.

My family stood in line for over 30 mins to only find out they were completely out of bread. No one thought to mention it the whole time we waited in line. 100% ridiculous and rude. After waiting so long I needed to use the restroom but it was out of toilet paper and paper towels. Worst subway experience ever!

This is the worse Subway around. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes. The line is out the door. No pep in their step. It is like this everytime we come here. Makes Jimmy John's or Silver Mine Subs look like a better alternative. Owner please fix this!

Experience overall sucked I waited an additional 45 mins after my designated pickup time. Not only was it super late, my order was messed up I only got one type of meat when I should have gotten 2. The person making my order instead of asking if it would be okay to replace and item that was no longer available they assumed that I wanted cookies instead. Unacceptable. I believe that my order as well as many others that were waiting would have received their orders faster if the other employee didn't just up and leave in the middle of a rush.

Placed order online it said it was ready at 6:55pm when I got to your location to pickup the order it wasn’t ready I had to wait till 7:20pm to get my order.. sandwiches were not made how I placed the order you only had 1 employee working..

The employee that is working (yes, employee, singular not plural as there is only ONE PERSON with a line of 9 people and 2 delivery drivers. She is working her ass off to get sandwiches done quickly and correctly. I'm extremely disappointed that they would only have one person working for safety reasons as well as for the efficiency factor for the consumer. Considering the line, I'm highly surprised that it is fairly quiet, and though some may be annoyed with the way. They are very understanding because of this SINGLE employee working their butt off.
