Food wiae is always good for us no problem. The issue we have is how the staff treats dashers/speed for delivery orders. I ordered 2 cold cut combos, and the staff told my dasher that it would take 5 to 10 minutes. When i asked my dasher what was the reason, she said they were prioritizing in store customers and ignoring the delivery orders. We are customers too!
Not bad till I drank my drink had little drops at bottom of cup not sure if it was mouse dropping or mold

The woman with glasses, facial piercings, and tattoos who serves is rude and has a bad attitude.
Fast and Friendly. Staff were very polite and efficient.
I walk with cane at 11 am bought lunch n sodas for self n sick friend. The carry bag had no handles n I needed help to take to car parked by door. Asked for help but no reply. Next time will go to drive thru no subway stop.
Where to start? My friend and I ordered 7 seconds apart so we could pick up our sandwiches together. We arrive, my friends food is ready, we're told they're working on mine. Instead they make sandwiches for every single person in line before making mine (mind you I was in the store, waiting) so 15 minutes later, mine is finally done, yay right? Absolutely not. Both sandwiches I ordered were wrong, wrong bread, no extra meat, almost zero sauce and missing other ingredients. I ended up eating leftovers instead because I was so disappointed. I did what I thought I should do, email customer service and give it a couple days. 4 days later I've got no response so I go in the store, ask to please have my food remade and was told no, come back in a few more days and talk to the manager so I did. She was so rude and disrespectful like I was lying! I have zero reason to lie about my crappy sandwich. She did remake them but I still had to come home and add sauce because I guess they get their bonus based on how much sauce they use 🤔. I hope the owner sees this and changes how this location is run. It takes a lot for me to complain but this was so bad!

Good food and friendly service. My only real complaint is the new menu items the dippers. Ordered them twice now with different shifts to see if they would make them better or differently. Not sure what the policy truly is on them but they are depicted as a cheese roll up style dipping food. They don't layer it at all cheese and meat in the midde(barely any) and roll it up. So when you get it and unroll it there's basically nothing in it. Tastes great though just wish it looked even remotely like the pictures.
Wonderful experience today at lunch time (10/11/24). The ladies were so friendly and the food was awesome. Like I remember subway in the past but haven't experienced in a lonnnnnnnng time, lol. Thanks!

Love this subway . Very clean. Sandwiches are the best. You for sure can get more for your money here at this location. This subway is the only one in town that I will eat at. And I love the owner he is so very nice. Keep up the good work guys ?love this place.

So rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in front of customers. Come pick my order they don't have it, yet my card charged. I even show the charge, and employee gone have audacity to say maybe I can get refund I call customer service. So tired you restaurant screwing up orders, it's employees, it's not customers fault you not satisfied with your job. Quick charge you but hold your money.

Terrible! I would NOT recommend this subway. Employees give petty and rude attitudes towards customers, which is clearly disrespectful and unliked. I was having a difficult time ordering, and the employee was being impolite and had a harsh attitude towards me! I notice that when I leave with my order, she follows right after, meaning it was the end of her shift. Just because your shift is ending doesn't mean that you can be cruel and have a nasty attitude towards a customer! Your job isn't that bad for you to let out your hate on a customer! You might as well go quit and find another job if you hate working at Subway so much to the point you're being disrespectful. You aren't special to be acting like a rat towards your customers.
