Have had some rough experiences at some of the Subways in Greeley but not at the Centerplace location when April is working. April is a top tier employee and provides top tier service! She really cares about everyone that comes and displays exceptional customer service traits. Always enjoy seeing her.

I went in there and placed an order at about 8:00pm . Keep in mind there is still an hour or so until the place closes . I get a call and April lets me know the store has no bread for SUBWAY . Poor April tried to do the best that she could to give me different options and tried to fix my order by calling both her manager and her managers manager by explaining the situation and what they could do for the problem . Had I been April I would have walked out because that’s ridiculous . However , people like April are an example of what excellent customer service looks like . She went the extra mile for my order even though this problem could have easily been prevented .

Normally I go to this location and it’s just mediocre. This time I went, their was an employee named franks that did an excellent job in preparing are food. He was also very chatty and nice. Would definitely recommend coming here if frank is working.

So very very slow!! It's about 8 mins per footlong. I was the 3rd person in line and it took 35 mins to get out of there. Ridiculous. We won't be back.

(Manager 10/10) As far as the workers go, I'm not sure what they are like but I showed up 10 minutes prior to them closing, the manager guy was covering someone who didn't show. He still made both my wife and I sandwiches, and very happy to do so. He got all the ingredients out even after cleaning and putting them away. This manager deserves more than he's given credit for.

I don’t even understand how this place is still open. I’ve never seen a place with ruder and slower employees. And clearly based on other reviews most people agree with me. If you have this pace 5 stars you must either be a liar an employee or a family member of an employee. If you want subway go to any other location. I went here since it was the closest one to save time but trust me even if it’s the closest to you it will take at least double the time of going to any other location. Plus the horrible service.
Horrible experience. The employees seemed to be slow on purpose. We walked in at 4:26. And they were halfway through a women’s order with a man waiting behind her. They didn’t finish her order until 4:38. They then did the man’s order and her left. They then took our order taking an average of 1 minute per step. Then when it was time to pay the employee looked at the computer for a solid 5 minutes confused (at that point it marked that the sandwich was about 10 dollars) until an older employee came in and took about 3 minutes took give the orginal employee a lesson on how to use the computer. After that it was time to pay. My mom had a coupon so she handed it to them they scanned it suddenly the sandwich went up around 5 dollars my mom asked why and the old employee said it was because of the type of meat she got. At this point we were frustrated, and impatient and did not want to sand here and argue with rude condescending employees so we just said to forget it and walked out.

I went for lunch on Sunday. They were out of pickles at 11am. Then, when I asked the girl at the counter for the 6.99 meal deal, I was told it was over and she charged me full price. Today, I started an order on my app at this same location and was given the option of the deal. I changed my order to a different location.

This employee named Silas singlehandedly saved the store during a lunch rush while pinned down by sniper fire. One amazing worker and absolutely deserves a raise.
