This Subway literally couldn't have been more perfect, and I say that as someone who has worked at Subway!
It was immaculately clean, all the veggies and meats looked perfect (seriously look at the way they lined up the tomatoes?!), chips and drinks stocked, fresh bread going in the oven.
Employee was a sweetheart and made sure my food was exactly the way I wanted it.
Edit: Her name was Brenda! I got it off her nametag.
My wife and I got dinner from this subway and the service was beyond terrible. The girl with the black hair is always dirty, rude and closes up early. I've seen multiple families in the comments referring to this particular employee. Is there even a manager for this location? Or a baby sitter?

Waited 30 min for my order and after all the wait they made it wrong I got two long foots and got 2 6 inch were not toasted really disappointed I’ve tried calling them and they don’t answer

Me and my friends came in at 7pm to get a sandwich. A bigger dark haired lady told us to leave because the they were closing a little early. They close at 10pm.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. When we arrived, the employee on duty was socializing with her friend and seemed visibly upset that we had walked in. I had to repeat my order multiple times before she began preparing it.
I specifically ordered sandwich meals, but she denied that I did. When I went to grab the chips that come with the meal, she dug the receipt out of the trash and told me I needed to pay for them separately. When I asked her to correct the order and make them meals, she refused, saying a manager was not on site, and insisted that I pay for the chips again.
My partner went in to speak with her, and she began cursing at him, saying, “you’re crying over six-dollar chips.” Her friend, who was hanging out inside the store, then started recording him on a personal phone.
To make matters worse, when we got home and opened our sandwiches, we found hair in the food. The employee had her hair down and unrestrained while preparing our order, which is unacceptable and unsanitary.
This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unprofessional and unsafe. I expect to be contacted regarding this matter and would like a full refund for our order.

I went to dinner with my whole family. A black-haired girl who works there definitely serves extremely poorly and is a rude person. She didn't have anything, everything that was ordered was not charged, some extras that I didn't even ask for, and then with rudeness because I complained to her. They are despicable people. They should focus and look for better staff.🤢🤮
This location should be shutdown if they are not going to address the problems. Either you need more staff or don't do NOSH... the employees cannot handle the work load.
New training for employees. I received a 1/2 piece of (a single pc) onion on a loaded sandwich. The sandwiches were very small, both with bread and the fixins.
Won't be back...I'll drive farther to a better Subway!

Brenda needs to be trained on customer service. I am aware of new owner ship and I can say who ever the new owner is at least rob hired people who were nice and helpful,but for you I can say the same

We came an hour before closing on the 30th of july and the service was amazing, the Dylan was really sweet and kind and super friendly, Dylan did an amazing job with our sandwiches and making us feel so happy during our time there he was great with all his help and any of our questions, get this man a raise he deserves it and staff of the month, I can write more about how amazing he was but it would be a long rant, hopefully subway sees this man for his work dedication and amazing work ethic,
Cindy the manager is very rude to her employees and super unhygienic. Smelled like the outhouse door on a tuna boat.

There was a fly in my sandwich along a violently unhygienic larger blonde lady who made my sandwich. The fly did come from her hair, I saw it. She was out of breath making my sandwich and sweat was going down her forehead and arms. She was rude and when I asked for extra olives she glared at me and scoffed. I wish I could give a lower review but unfortunately I can not.

When I came in tonight a young girl on the verge of tears was handling an entire line of customers while an older woman who appeared to be the manager stood back doing nothing. These kids deserve better.
My family and I came in on 7/28 to get dinner and we were being helped by a younger girl and gentleman which were very professional and nice. The second that we were done with our orders they were cleaning up their work areas and the bigger blonde manager lady, bit older, came to the front and started yelling and cussing at the two associates as if they weren’t already cleaning and working. The manager was very disrespectful to the associates and to us as customers to be making a hostile work environment and uncomfortable dining area for me and my family. VERY unprofessional and disgusting attitude and behavior to have as a manger.
