Drive thru was looking by so went inside. 20 minutes after placing my order at front counter and other people getting their food before me having placed their order after me I went to the counter to ask about my food. I was told I didn't checked in. I ordered at the front kiosk with a person what does that even mean.???? 15 minutes later I got my food. Very disappointed usually go to this location 3 times a month. Will not go again. No explanation was given.

I came inside to order my food after months of not coming here because they seem to not be able to read a ticket when you order it in the drive through. I ordered extra stuff on three of my items and it was wrong. Should have expected it considering it happens every time. I was just hoping the lobby side would be better than the drive through side. You have to read a job application to work here why can't they read tickets? As a manager this is discouraging and I won't eat at this location again. Get it together.

I'm not sure what's going on here. But the food has gone to crap. They are really slacking at this store. I ordered a Mexican pizza and it was just hard shell very very little meat. It's not even close to a Mexican pizza. Do better please. The food use to be good. Now it's just trash.

I'm lactose intolerant and eat primarily vegetarian this taco bell has been so good with accommodating those things. They are also always nice!

The tortilla on my chalupa was super hard and the food was cold. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to make me a new one "since I took a bit out of it " . Horrible customer service. Never going back

I would drive from the west side of Greeley just to come to this Taco Bell cause they used to for the most part make my simple order correct and not sloppy like all the other Taco Bells. They’ve slowly became the same as the others. I always order the same thing off the cantina chicken menu cause I used to love it and I still do when it’s made correctly. But they as of lately never make it correctly and are very sloppy with it. My stuff shouldn’t be made sloppy, incorrectly, and unappetizing especially when I come at 3 at night and the only car there. Like why is my cantina chicken quesadilla made like a normal quesadilla with cantina chicken in it and cut super crazy

Every time I go there something is always wrong so I think it's the crew I wait a month or so and try it again but it must be the store IT NEVER CHANGES! come on who puts a taco in the bag with the wrapper over it? Oh and adds the red chips to a REGULAR crunchy taco. It's always something different, missing part of the order or sodas tasting like the co. Come on how hard is it to work at TACO BELL?? Don't even get me started on returning food that's incorrect.

This location is actually great. The only reason I gave them a four-star rating is because of something that they're not in control of. Everything at that restaurant is great. They always treat me with respect I get the food out as fast as possible and I've never had any issues with the food that's always been too notch. But like many of the taco bells, they get so busy that they get overwhelmed. That's the only reason I gave a four star rating.
