Tables are constantly dirty when ever I come here and service is decent food is hit or miss at best especially when you order the same thing and frequent taco bell often which is funny how you order the same item but its almost never made the same way its kinda like Russian roulette with taco bell just saying had to give 4 stars over all as its still one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. However if these things got worked on I would give 5 stars for sure!

It Seems like every other time we order from this Taco Bell, our order is messed up. Whether it be no sauces, missing Cinnabons, not following order details, or just missing items entirely. Day shift is usually doing great, night shift is usually shit.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell ever. Absolutely most vile human being working as a manager at night on 10/03/2025. Staff was training. Not the problem the problem was the manager seen how behind they were and sat as his desk in the office not helping. They were behind on mobile order by an HOUR. We asked for a refund and was denied a refund and denied our food when we behaved up the fact that the manager was just sitting around not helping his struggling team. He screamed at my husband and threatened to tamper with his food if my husband even got his food after he denied a refund and to make the food. Guess we’ll have to dispute with our bank unfortunately.. I fell for the staff working night because if he’s anyway he treats customers imagine how he treats his staff..

Went late at night (no where near closing time) and the chalupa was old and hard. The burrito was cold and was 3 tortillas just to make it look bigger. Most of the time their sodas don't taste right and they have really slow service

The food at Taco Bell is what it is. No expectations there. However, while we were there, one of the staff members was getting harassed by a patron. She handled it with the upmost respect and even smiled at the person when she left. I asked the staff member's name (Taylor) and told her what an awesome job she did handling the situation. She was visibly shaken and looked a bit relieved. For those showing up to work for our convenience, thank you!

If you're going to go to a Taco Bell in Greeley go to this one. Weekends can get a little crazy but they got a good crew. Polar opposite to the 69th Avenue and 10th street

The people that work here after 2 PM have got to be some of the most rudest inconsiderate people that work there including the manager that’s a male. I would check your bag of food before you leave because he states even though you ask for sauce in your mobile or DoorDash orders they are not responsible for putting the sauce in your bag so I would check all bags.

I went through after school got some taco shells. We accidentally had a couple missing and I went back. They were so nice about it. I have usually never had a good experience at Taco Bell when they miss an item so I was really impressed with the store and how they handled it. I would recommend anybody to go here versus the other ones in town. They’re so friendly.

Are food was messed up there are hardly any ingredients in them the crunch wrap I order is so small compared to the other taco bells like come on are you trying to be stingy with the food but thank never coming to this one again. COMPLETE DISAPOINTMENT
