Looking at the reviews clearly. The manager and owner of this location could give zero Fs about anything being done.

I walked in and placed an order and then waited for probably about 15 minutes for 2 crunchwraps and 2 bean burritos. That was it. No one in front of me in line. No one else dining in. Saw maybe only 2 or 3 cars go through the drive through while I waited at the counter. The lady dumping trash finally asked if i was being helped after maybe 10 minutes. Asked my name on the order and then asked the workers in the back if it was being made. Neither of them saidanything'm pretty sure I'm saw them finally make it during the last 2 minutes of my wait. I didn't have high expectations when I went in there and I wasn't let down when it came to that.

This Taco Bell location is fairly good at making orders correctly when you go through the drive-thru, however, when it comes to online orders, it seems to miss most, if not, all of the meal items. I don’t leave reviews, but unfortunately, I’ve had this experience in the same location for the past two or three times. All I can suggest to solve this issue is to please, just double check orders are complete before sending out, as it’s more work and time consuming when customers come back to the store frustrated and angry because they are not getting what they are paying for—these uncomfortable and inconvenient confrontations can all be avoided by doing it correctly the first time.

Horrible experience, missing food, poor service, poor quality.... contacted customer service 2x no response and have been couple of weeks- store won't answer the phone either
Ordered 2 10 piece nuggets with 2 large drinks, 2 fries, and 6 sauces. We got 2 cheese sauces, and one other sauce, and that was it. They told us there was no fries and since it was a mobile order they couldn't substitute, but the fries were in the bag, so don't know what happened there. They also served the nuggets in 3 containers, one with 8 and 2 with 6. Fries were also cold. To be completely fair, it was midnight when we came by, but still should at least get the order right.

You have a young women working next to the register that full on yelled at me because I asked how much longer on my order after a ten minute wait! Isn’t this a fast food restaurant! Yall seriously just lost a customer either you guys need to get your business together or shut down because that was completely uncalled for
