I’ve come to this location about 3 times because who doesn’t love Taco Bell but this location is the worst place I’ve been. Food is always wrong, cold, and doesn’t taste good. Managers are unprofessional, always hanging out by the dining tables being loud. One of them was eating while doing interview WHILE other employees were being distracting during the interview. 0/10 do not recommend this taco bell

Drive thru customer service very good. Surprised 😮 how ridiculously priced/ expensive it was for a meal order that is putting your kids through college, on top is a charge for extra green sauce...?
Really...? Don't let a few cents cost you a customer.

You'd think it would be simple to put food in a bag. Or even have the drive thru attendant at least double check orders before handing out.

Looking at the reviews clearly. The manager and owner of this location could give zero Fs about anything being done.

I walked in and placed an order and then waited for probably about 15 minutes for 2 crunchwraps and 2 bean burritos. That was it. No one in front of me in line. No one else dining in. Saw maybe only 2 or 3 cars go through the drive through while I waited at the counter. The lady dumping trash finally asked if i was being helped after maybe 10 minutes. Asked my name on the order and then asked the workers in the back if it was being made. Neither of them saidanything'm pretty sure I'm saw them finally make it during the last 2 minutes of my wait. I didn't have high expectations when I went in there and I wasn't let down when it came to that.

This Taco Bell location is fairly good at making orders correctly when you go through the drive-thru, however, when it comes to online orders, it seems to miss most, if not, all of the meal items. I don’t leave reviews, but unfortunately, I’ve had this experience in the same location for the past two or three times. All I can suggest to solve this issue is to please, just double check orders are complete before sending out, as it’s more work and time consuming when customers come back to the store frustrated and angry because they are not getting what they are paying for—these uncomfortable and inconvenient confrontations can all be avoided by doing it correctly the first time.
