Food was not that great took forever to get the food and on top of that if you go inside, you can’t use the restroom right away. You have to have a receipt that has the code to their bathroom and then they tell you it’s for your protection. how is it for your protection to have a code for the bathrooms? Is it supposed to be a protection for you not being able to use the bathroom and if you are a delivery driver, you can’t even use it, which is wrong.

By far the worst Taco Bell in Greeley, and that says quite a bit. They straight up have refused to make my food before whether that was laziness or a lack of supplies to complete the order. It's amazing that this location is still in operation because I can at least order the AM Crunchwrap from both the other stores in town, but not here. Im only posting this to tell everyone to avoid this trash heep.

First of all music was so loud I couldn’t talk to my husband without having to be quite loud. We placed our order at the kiosk, 3 workers watched us place the order. One went and placed an order for her food got it first then a family of 6 came in and got all there food before us. 20 mins had gone by so my husband went up to ask and they acted like they had never seen us or watched us put our order in. We got our food really quick after that but my burrito was mush like they didn’t wrap the tortilla just folded it semi closed then wrapped the paper around it. All our food was cold the meat not even room temp. The cinnamon ball desert thing was somehow over cooked but cold in the middle. Over all worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and we spent way too much money for that joke.

So im a regular here and tonight is the 3rd time with this shift that the grill is closed early and nothing with nacho cheese. Thats like whole menu. Its the same shift I can tell by her voice. Where Emily at her shift is always on point.

Food is trash every single time. All three crispy chicken cantina tacos were complete broken, cheese is barely melted & nowhere near where it’s supposed to be.
These were given to us in a box so this had to have happened before it left the drive-through window. It’s just expected the food will be garbage at this point, idk why we keep giving them another chance.
Horrible experience! My husband placed an online order which I went to pick up. By the time I got home, we noticed two items were missing. I had to drive all the way back to Taco Bell to tell them in person because they weren't answering their phone. I told the lady at the front what items were missing and she came back up to me after pulling the receipt and told me I only ordered one of the specific item. I told her I only asked for one as a replacement and then what the other item was again. I stood there waiting in their freezing cold restaurant for 15 minutes to get the 2 items they forgot! There was sticky soda spilled all over there floor, which no one cleaned up. They gave the drive thru patrons priority over the items they missed during my original order. This food was for my grandchildren for heavens sake. Absolutely unprofessional!

I usually have a good experience here. I probably get Taco Bell from time to time and yesterday’s visit (9/27) was horrible. When I got home and checked my food everything was just all over the place. The Doritos tacos were all destroyed and the burritos had barely any filling and looked like they didn’t even take the time to roll the tortillas correctly. Like I mentioned it feels like they just threw the food in there without any care for quality.

Never leave reviews but this place is so awful i had to. Horrible customer service. Messed up our order in the drive thru so we stopped and went inside to correct it and they took 45 minutes to even talk to us. Incredible rude thru the drive thru and in person. They mess up our order everytime we go thru so will not be going thru anymore!
