I usually have no complaints when I come to this drive thru, but last night was a different story. The lady working the drive thru, Neveah, was extremely rude and had 0 customer service skills. Turns out, she’s the manager/shift lead?? I think the owner of the store should reconsider who they put at the window. They should put someone at the window who at the very least can say “hi”. The food was also subpar at best, when usually it’s good.

I had an unfortunate experience, my car broke down as I was exiting the drive-thru and the crew was really understanding and offended us help. They were all great unfortunately I did not get any names to recognize them. But Thank you all.

People sharing pictures of food is beyond me, everytime I go here they are out of EVERYTHING. Never has tortillas, cheese, chicken, beef. It’s always the night crew too, it’s a shocker to me they're even open still. This place absolutely sucks, its either the night crew don’t want to make food or they have Helen Keller doing the food order for the last year. The best thing is using my app and then they tell me they’re out of everything when I arrive and I can’t get a refund cause they suck at their jobs and don’t know how to cancel a order.

My experience at this Taco Bell this morning was disheartening due to the rude behavior of the female drive-thru worker. Despite my continuous friendliness, the employee maintained a rude demeanor throughout the interaction as if I was wasting her time. While everyone has their off days, professionalism is key in customer service roles. If the employee dislikes their job to this extent, seek alternative employment...it's just that simple!!!

Very rude staff, started off I was trying to order a deluxe craving box and the worker tells me that it doesn't exist, i tell him it's right on your menu which proceeds with him sighing and tell me to pull to the window. They give me the food and I thought all items were in the bag. Nope they were not they took a wrapper and filled it with sauce packets.

The food is good, like Taco Bell usually is, but that’s about it. There’s nobody to take your order at the counter. Everyone is too busy doing other things to even say they’ll be with you soon. So, if you want to order in a timely fashion, you must use the self-order kiosk. There’s no physical receipt available at these self-ordering kiosks. The food came out fairly quickly, but very little was correct in the bag. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas (the chicken outside casing), a taco, a burrito supreme, and 2 pintos and cheese. I got the 2 pintos and cheese, and a taco, but then there were 3 regular chalupas with chicken filling and no burrito at all. Sadly, I had already left the store and had no physical receipt.If you want an accurate order and to be properly taken care of, just go to a different restaurant. Maybe try the one on 10th Street. They’re at least accurate and attentive.

Opens at 9, get to the drive thru speaker no one says anything. I say hello a few times, nothing. So I called and they told me they aren't open even though it says they are and I put in mobile order. If you say you're open at 9 but you "aren't open" you can at least let the person know instead of just ignoring the person in the drive thru. This has happened multiple times at this location
