Everything was going good until I asked for a receipt and the young girl threw it at me and it fell on ground. I then went to eat such tacos, and I had to hunt for the meat. There is a reason this taco bell has such bad reviews

I'm absolutely amazed at Renee's professionalism on the phone she's very patient. I believe that good people are hard to come by and she is definitely one of the best. She is outstanding and deserves a raise. Taco Bell better hold on to her because she is a keeper thank you very much I will definitely be back.

Ordered a pretty big order. The food was good. The problem was the young girl taking orders. We could hardly hear her and she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. After getting home and started eating we realized we were missing our debit card. We turned the card off and called the restaurant. The guy who answered the phone after giving some details of us going through the drive through went and asked the girl taking orders and payments she seemed reluctant to give up the card after being asked for it more than a couple times. He did say they had it and we set off to go pick it up. We got there and many people were in the back but didnt seem like anyone wanted to help with the 3 people in line at the front counter. A younger guy finally came up front and started helping and about half the female workers were calling eachother out the back door while a different female went to retrieve our card. We did receive our card without hassle. When we walked out to our vechicle a few workers were trickling back into the back door with a strong aroma of weed. Which is completely fine with us for anyone's personal preference but probably not the best choice to be doing at work. The next day our card had different charges on it other than our own. Definitely not going back. Very untrustworthy.

Waited a while for anyone to see me, even when they saw me waiting they just ignored me. It was just a pickup order, but it’s behind the counter so I couldn’t just grab it. Lady finally saw me and asked if I was here for a pickup and practically just threw my bag at me lol

There seems to be some negative comments about this store. But I have just gone there, and I found it incredible. The food was perfect. Everything was done. Well. Customer service was fantastic. I had no complaints. I think that they are amazing.

If I could give no stars I would. This location has always been hit or miss but tonight my husband swung by to pick up dinner for me and when he got home 5 mins later he realized he was never handed back his card or a receipt from the drive through. I went through the bag and confirmed it wasn’t there. He went back to the Taco Bell and went inside asking for his card back and gave the details of the order. They very rudely told him the didn’t have it and refused to look or help him further. He came back home and we tore his car apart looking for the card, we did not find it. We can only assume an employee has stolen the card. After I called and canceled his card I was finally able to dig in to my now cold Taco Bell to discover my order was wrong and does not match the label printed on the bag.

We’re done with the location, go to Centerplace.

WORST TACO BELL IN GREELEY. STAFF ARE UNHAPPY AND RUDE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD DO AN OVERHAUL OF THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND STAFF.

They’ve gotten my order wrong without fail every single time I’ve been to this location. I understand you get what you pay for when it comes to fast food however, I’ve never had this many issues with any other location in Greeley. The wait is insane, sitting in the drive thru for 20-30 mins for maybe 3 items? Then they give you wrong items that look like they’ve been danced on. Cmon man. Staff are either rude as hell or just creepy. Just close the whole store atp

Worst Taco Bell in the state by far. Customer service is terrible, it’s obvious the staff here hate their jobs and don’t give a shit about whether your food is made right or with good quality. Been here a couple times only because it’s close to my house-almost every single time the wait has been far too long for ordering just 1-2 items (spent 15 minutes in the drive through one night for two burritos) and they will get your order wrong without fail almost every time. If you ask for no cheese they will give you cheese, if you ask for a taco you’ll probably end up with something totally different. Avoid this location at all costs if you are able! And to the district manager if you see this- please fire all staff here immediately and contact corporate and ask for a complete staff change from the ground up.

By far one of the worst Taco Bells in Greeley, they do not care they do not wish to care the managers will literally shrug their shoulders at you and the word sorry or our apologies have never came out of any of their employees mouths EVER! Did a mobile order with a few customizations they ignored everything and when I had to drive 15 minutes back all I got was what do you want me to do about it look from the 16-year-old female manager. 3:20pm 9/9

shitty customer service. The girls are really rude the gril who helped me dropped my debit card on the ground and closed the window. Then I get my order and my crunch wrap was missing. If they do not like there job find a new job!!!!!!!!!!!
