Waited 10 mins to get cold tacos and half cooked potato oles. Would not recommend 😕

I wasn’t even here to order food. But yet, it’s 8:30 and their lobby is closed(it’s not supposed to close until 9). So I’m standing at the drive thru window waiting for the order and the line cook starts yelling cuss words. Not a recommended place of service

Placed an online pickup order on a Friday night at 9:15 pm. I pulled up to the location to pick up and every light was off, clearly closed. Drive through, lobby, even the sign was off. I pull through the drive through and see someone inside working who looked up but did not acknowledge me. I tried to call the store the following day but the phone line does not work. I then called the corporate office the following Monday since I can't get ahold of the store. I receive a call back hours later from the manager who did refund me for the order but she made sure to tell me that she is not sure what my issue was as the store was continuing to take orders that night through till close as if I did not see absolutely everything in that store dark and shut down. Disappointing and based on the other recent reviews posted, clearly not surprising.

We ordered food online. I guess that was a huge mistake. My husband’s burrito was dumped into the sack upside down, my tacos were chicken, not Fish. I guess the potatoes are so easy they would get that right, but NO! They were freezin’ cold and get this, my tea had no ice! It was warm. It was delivered to us, so no one to speak to about this. ONE MORE THING…. Their phone was busy from the time we ordered online. That’s why I ordered online. Back to Taco Bell I go. This experience definitely merits a change. UGH!!!!!
