So I ordered food on GrubHub I called them to talk to the manager or supervisor because there was hair in my food but when I first talked to the girls they were like yes I understand English when I had asked them to get a supervisor or a manager they were like we will be ready with you then they kept hanging up on me I called about six times not good service the taquitos were burnt and on top of it there was hair in my food

We have come and ordered the same thing fajitas, taquitos, and it's always AMAZING!! They have a variety of salsas which are all really good!! The staff make you feel like you're having dinner at family's. I highly recommend this restaurant! They are very clean and take pride in the food, it's authentic and cooked with love! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

First off the music was so loud that I couldn’t talk to my friend. Second was the chips and salsa they brought us. The chips were way overcooked and the salsa wasn’t even hot nor spicy or mild. I can’t believe that I had to ask for a refill on my drink because the waitress wasn’t attentive. Food finally came and right away I could tell my food wasn’t hot. The rice was so lukewarm that I had to drink 1/2 of my drink just to swallow it. The smothered burrito I ordered had the asada that I ordered but I got mainly fatty pieces of it. They put so much lettuce on top that I should’ve ordered a taco salad. I saw they had a salsa bar but not once was it mentioned to me that I can go help myself. I will not go back to this place ever again. I should’ve taken pictures of my experience. Oh well!! I said it before and I will say it again, I will not be returning to this restaurant

I walked into this place thinking I was about to be transported to the streets of Mexico City. Instead, it felt like the food had taken a detour through a dumpster behind a Taco Bell. Let’s start with the chips and salsa. The chips were stale enough to double as roofing material, and the salsa? I’ve had ketchup with more spice! It was basically chunky red water with a personality problem. Then came the enchiladas. I’ve seen more filling in a fortune cookie. And the “melted cheese” looked like it had given up on life. I poked it with a fork, and it stretched like it was considering making a run for it. Let’s just say, my taste buds are still waiting for that authentic flavor they promised. Now, let’s talk about the service. I asked for extra hot sauce, and they brought me something I can only describe as “a teaspoon of mild sadness.” And when I said the beans were cold, the waiter said, “They’re supposed to be room temp.” Room temp? I came here for flavor, not a science experiment. The one redeeming factor? The margaritas are stronger than my will to complain. So if you’re looking for a place to drown your food regrets in a sea of tequila with a side of lukewarm refried beans, then congratulations – you’ve found it.

I do not usually post reviews however I felt the need with this establishment because it is NOT a restaurant, this place is a SCAM. First of all, their menu is a lie, they will try to claim that you can add on fries for only a $1.50 with your meal but then when they charge you they will charge $5 per side of fries. Practically every item on the menu has a false price that they were charge you significantly more for. Next of all, the place is utterly disgusting. At first glance their restaurant appears mediocrely decorated but upon further inspection this place is riddled with mold and grime, most especially in the kitchen. Last of all, the service is lackluster at best. I never had a refill on my single glass of water I ordered, the food was poorly prepared and placed onto my plate (my Torta wasn’t even a sandwich it was just a disgusting mess of a plate), the waiter is deceptive and trying to overcharge you with the sides, and worst of all the bathroom was filthy. This is not a respectable establishment, in fact I would rather call this place a fake restaurant, as an immigrant to this country from Russia I expected more from my immigrant brothers from Mexico to provide excellent service in a time where most establishments like Olive Garden will overcharge you for low quality meals. This place is no better, in fact I would have rather gone to McDonald’s

Someone recommended this place to us. We went and my husband ordered a torta and told the waitress he wanted to add the fries that clearly states $1.50 on the menu. Well when I went to go pay I noticed she charged $3.99 for them and I asked her about it. She said that was a bigger portion of fries she gave us. Well, we didn’t ask for those. She still proceeded to charge us even though it was her mistake. I paid for them but never going back if they’re trying to take money the sneaky way.

I ordered delivery via DoorDash. Food was amazing. Fresh salsa! The chorizo was the best I ever had. If I lived here I would eat here all the time! Chips are thick and held up well with my queso dip with chorizo. Have I said how amazing the food is!!! I give this place a HELL YEAH!!!
