I love TCBY don't get me wrong but they definitely need a new system for their spoons The flu is going around and I watch this little boy in front of me literally take like five spoons his mom puts them back in to the little spoon holder and I tell the employee hey this kid literally just had all these spoons in his hand like by the part you put in your mouth and she just looks at me like I'm stupid

Went yesterday and was full of people. One of the employees was getting herself some frozen yogurt, I assumed she was off her shift. By the time I got to the counter she was hand feeding the other gentleman spoons of it and they were ignoring me behind the cashier. After he said “oo that is good” he turned to check me out and had the balls to ask for a tip. Customer service was ridiculous
Not happy with brooklynn… she charged us for the 4 froyo and only applied Father’s Day discount for one father, after telling her we had two fathers with us. She told us after we paid that it only applies to one per group and just stood there with no apology or sincerity. Personally, having young inexperienced workers in charge of money is not a good experience.

The girl working on April 30th was so courteous and helpful and happy. It's hard to find good customer service these days so we really noticed her effort. Also the yogurt and toppings were delicious!

Took my wife and granddaughter out for a tcby treat. We got two of their two regular sized serving units. Nothing like shakes just two regular cups of frozen yogurt. 26 bucks! Really!?? No thanks tcby.
