I have loved this place for 20 years but can't take it anymore. It's now 16 50 for chicken and rice. And they give half as much chicken as they used too. Finally stopped making me pay 50 cents for an extra slice since a large only came with one. Only positive thing I can say

So normally I wouldn't care, but I actually like this franchise so I decided to write this post. I don't know who was working today, but they decided they couldn't be bothered to be there.
Perhaps they need some new blood, couldn't tell ya, but a little less zombie and going through the motions and a little more hustle.
Customers waiting to just place a order and others waiting on their order, let alone customers just waiting for a drink cup to sip on while they wait, and no Ice in the machine.
I planned on eating in, but to put in a to go bag without even asking as to whether i wanted to dine in, was it even a option?, was kinda crazy, 🙃 well color me impressed.
Won't be back to this location for some time, AND hopefully by then they've figured stuff out, good luck to ya'll

This has been one of my favorite meals for so many years, unfortunately the prices have gotten to the point where I'm considering no longer being a customer. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl & based on the price I thought it would be the size of a regular.. it was the size of a small... $19.00 (after a $2.50 tip)....... $19 for what a cup of rice, 5oz of chicken, a few pieces broccoli/cauliflower, & some sauce?? The grilled chicken is dry & over cooked most of the time now... Now can we talk about the counter where the soda fountain is.. so stained & dirty looking... The owner use to be there all the time... The place was always on point. Use to be fast, tasty, & affordable... Now it's dry, upsetting, & expensive...

This place used to be awesome.... What happened??? When it was teriyaki bowl it was delicious reasonably priced the chicken fully cooked rice was in point and the teriyaki sauce wasn't watery like it is now straight garbage over $40 for two regular bowls and a drink for chicken that looks like it came out of a can and watered down teriyaki sauce trash. Do not waste your time or money it's not worth it and it's not what it used to be.

Our order was horrible! The rice was a ball of mush, it was SO over cooked it was like rice pudding. The vegetables were also overcooked. Ever since it was bought out the quality and amount of food has gone way down. ASEXPENSIVE AS IT IS THEY SHOULD NOT BE SERVING THIS QUALITY OF FOOD!!!

Ordering took me a whole because I haven't been back in this city since I was a kid! The staff were still patient and laughing, having a great time. The food is even better than I remember. The staff were amazing people. And the little restaurant has a really calm, humble vibe. Definitely recommend it over later Japanese grills. 🎉✨️ I didn't have time to take a picture after I took the lid off, it was eaten immediately.

Always come here to the west Greeley location when we’re in town. BEST FOOD around!! Service is always excellent as well, with a clean, relaxed environment.
They been hanging up the phone or not answering just to not put in over the phone ordersi call today Wednesday November 3 who ever has the night shift it's 7:40 right now he just hangs up the phone

Fantastic food, unfortunately the prices are astronomical so it only gets two stars. The large bowl is half filled with rice, a quarter filled with vegetables, and a quarter filled with chicken for almost $17. Unfortunately due to the prices I will not return, but the flavor is good for sure. Just a little steep for a bowl of teriyaki chicken.

Unbelievably OVERPRICED meals that include untrimmed cuts of grissely meat, if you're lucky, but mostly filled with rice and cooked carrots-yuck and undercooked broccoli STEMS. All served up by some teenagers who don't get paid enough to actually care and might smile at you if they notice your face. Not worth $30 a dish for goodness sake (not including a drink or side)!

The food is delicious, but I always take it "to go". It's got booths, but it seems more like just a waiting space than a place you'd want to eat. But again, the food's really good and the people are friendly.

This place has gotten so expensive with smaller portions, you can't eat here under $20 per person unless you're getting a desert.
