Why set a reservation if they're just going to put you in line

Everything about this experience was great. The food was wonderful, everything was timely and Chris our server was very attentive and the most friendly server Ive had in a long time. Even the big manager checked on our meal and service. Thank you!

First of all they asked if we wanted to sit in bar, we said NO..they sat us in bar anyway....took quite awhile for salads which ceaser was drenched...ordered steak med...came out purple, waitress said no its med... I grew up w parents having restaurants and I know cell phones would be in the trash!!! Their all standing around visiting on cell phones..the hostess was literally laying on the podium when she checked us in...SMH. I don't understand

Super Busy and they kept up great. We had a bit of a wait but we were a table of 5 and the food came out quickly. When mine was over cooked the manager came by and made it right instantly. I can see why they are always busy. Our waiter was super friendly as well!

Went in to eat a steak and the cook said he wouldn't cook the 23oz steak cause he didn't feel like it

There was a male server who was EXTREMELY LOAD!!! It was as if he was partially deaf?? It was extremely irritating and unnecessary in the conversation (ordering and the table actoss the way had a birthday and he made sure that EVERYONE heard what he was doing!!)
I won't be back anytime soon... especially if he is there, I will leave...unbearable!!
You need to tell him to tone it down and how distracting and obnoxious he was!!!

The food was good,even if my steak was overcooked a little. I do wish they’d back off on the salt a bit, especially on the green beans and mushrooms and onions. (You can add your own, but can’t subtract it!) The rolls are to die for. We were given some samples; The green chili is amazing and the corn is quite good.

AMAZING. They have great scenery, spectacular service, and delicious food. I highly recommend the Ft. Worth Ribeye, it is great! And their bread rolls with cinnamon butter are to die for. I go here every chance I get because it is so good!

I refuse to give them any of my business until they bring back the family bundles. This is the only location i have been to that doesn't do the family bundles. The longmont road house is way better.
