Very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. I was served a salad with a large, clearly visible bug in it. The manager took the plate but didn’t apologize or follow up until I said something again.
Our waiter was kind and handled it professionally, but management did not. After spending about $140, they only took $10 off the bill. This situation was not handled appropriately at all, the only thing they were good at was dismissing the situation. Its disgusting in every way.

I come here usually every other week or so and it's almost always great. Tonight, I had Jake as a server and he was by far the best server we've ever had! He made the entire experience overall better

Delicious food, always a welcoming atmosphere, although our waitress wasn't very nice, and never checked up on us after our food came out until it was time for the check.

Ordered online. Waited 40 minutes, showed up for my food. I asked about my order and was told it's not ready. When I asked how much longer he just said he didn't know then stood there laughing. Another person stepped up and said it is 10 minutes late and apologised. Obtained my food after 10 minutes more. I purchased the beef tips med rare, rice and a baked tater. It was ok but it was the same quality I could have made myself. It also had a lot of fat on the pieces. The strawberry cheesecake was tasty though.

Are waitress was awesome 100%. She attended as in a nicely manner and fast. But we had issues with the drinks that we got They had no alcohol All sweet-and-sour. Once we let her know, she went to the bartender to let him know. Mind you were sitting next to the bar and we can obviously hear what the bartender is telling her with an attitude saying I made the drinks like they’re supposed to be done. With an attitude there wasn’t no need for all of that. Especially when you’re in front of a lot of customers very unprofessional.

I want to start this review by saying I don’t really enjoy this restaurant to begin with, just not my favorite place to eat at but the service is really nice. Every time I have eaten there the employees are very friendly and detailed. Last week, I went to a friend’s birthday dinner and we went to this restaurant. I had gotten the country fried chicken as my meal. A couple hours later I had horrible stomach pains and thought maybe I had just eaten something my stomach didn’t like. I wasn’t necessarily wrong. Turns out I got salmonella from the chicken, I was throwing up for days. I couldn’t hold down food or water after eating that afternoon. The night after I was waking up every 30-45 minutes just to throw up. I can still barely hold down food but thankfully I can hold down water. For the love of everything good, please don’t eat here if you don’t want to get food poisoning.

We had a server, Ashli, who is absolutely stupendous and a very on top of her job server was very friendly and was always checking up on us in the biggest way. She’s amazing at her job and made the experience one of the best we’ve ever had at Texas roadhouse five stars for her and she definitely deserves some big ups !!!!

I love the food here and when we eat inside it's great, but ordering for pick up should be considered a torture mechanism. Every single time I order to pick up food it's never ready at the time the website specifiies and even when I get the text confirming it is ready I'll go to the window, where every single time with out fail, they tell me they are wrapping up my order and proceed to take another 15 minutes to get it done. It is so deflating to be disappointed by them time and time again. I just want my food to be ready on time.

Went to the Greeley Texas Roadhouse this evening. Ordered the fried catfish. The entree was ineatible. The fish was way overcooked and mushy and the fried batter was way too thick. When this was conveyed to the wait person I was offered a substitute meal with the suggestion I could get salmon which I agreed to. It took much longer than expected and the 3 people I was with had already finished their meals. The manager brought the salmon and let me know that I would not be charged the price difference between the catfish and salmon - about $4.00. No apologies from the manager. I got the new meal boxed to go rather than eating it after everyone else had finished. Needless to say I will not return to Texas Roadhouse after this very negative experience.
