I come here usually every other week or so and it's almost always great. Tonight, I had Jake as a server and he was by far the best server we've ever had! He made the entire experience overall better
Ordered online. Waited 40 minutes, showed up for my food. I asked about my order and was told it's not ready. When I asked how much longer he just said he didn't know then stood there laughing. Another person stepped up and said it is 10 minutes late and apologised. Obtained my food after 10 minutes more. I purchased the beef tips med rare, rice and a baked tater. It was ok but it was the same quality I could have made myself. It also had a lot of fat on the pieces....
We had a server, Ashli, who is absolutely stupendous and a very on top of her job server was very friendly and was always checking up on us in the biggest way. She’s amazing at her job and made the experience one of the best we’ve ever had at Texas roadhouse five stars for her and she definitely deserves some big ups !!!!
