Had a coupon and had been wanting to try them for a while! Got some macaroons, a cheesecake, and a Danish. The main flavor to choose from was lemon. They had one cheese Danish, which I got (and didn't taste of cheese. It tasted like icing. Not great) and a couple cherry things. Other than that... Everything was lemon. I think they mostly do custom orders, but it was odd to see One flavor choice. The lemon cheesecake was good. Nice and creamy. The macaroons were for a friend and he said they weren't bad. So, likely a good place for a custom order, but not if you're looking for some baked goods at random.

We special ordered a birthday cake for 10 people and what a treat. The cake was delicious and easily served everyone with some to take home. The service was great. We really enjoyed the chocolate cake, coffee buttercream and Bavarian cream filling. We are very pleased and will get cakes here again. Well worth it. We recommend them!

This is THE Bakery! Kat and Emily masterfully baked, created, and crafted our wedding cake, mini cupcakes, and cake drops. ALL of which was delicious, scrumptious, moist, beautiful, perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. The sheer variety of sweets, treats, goodies, the countless possible combinations of cake flavors and treat types was just astounding. For our mini cupcake flavors we selected blueberry cake with champagne buttercream and chocolate cake with espresso buttercream. As for the cake drops we went with 3 different flavors of cake : vanilla/white, chocolate, and blueberry. These were individually wrapped and given as favors. Those were a major hit with our crowd. These ladies were very accommodating and produced exactly what we envisioned. Even though we didn’t realize what that was until we laid eyes on the tantalizing dessert table. (Which I definitely recommend having a vision to communicate with them because; it’s the right thing to do and your responsibility to the baker, as the bride and groom.) We can’t get over how fresh and moist the cake was; in all 3 forms, and the creamy soft buttercream! Our cake round was just the perfect size for us to cut and give each other bites during our reception. With just the perfect amount left over for us to enjoy with our morning coffee through the following days. Forget about saving the cake in the freezer for a year! Instead, it’ll be the most marvelous treat to come back in a year for a fresh one. Everyone at The Bakery was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. We will continue to come up with any reason why we simply must make a trip for more cake! Can’t wait for the next time we stop in!

Everything from here is absolutely amazing. I wish I'd known about this place when I got married, because their cake is 20x better than the cake we had. I love that they have mini cakes, which are surprisingly affordable (and also just adorable)!The eclairs are superb! And I love that they have cake drops for under $2. They are the perfect size for just a small bite. I'm my case, it's perfect for my toddler. He's happy to get a sweet special treat, and I'm happy to spend less than half the cost of the ones at Starbucks...It's great to have a variety of options for size and cost, and every choice is incredible.

Just ordered a cake and cupcakes for my son’s third birthday (Three Rex!). The Bakery owners and staff were lovely to work with and have a great eye! We got tons of compliments on the cute cake and everything was delicious! I’m sure many of our party guests will use them in the future. I highly recommend The Bakery and we will definitely be stopping in sometime soon!

I am so happy that we have a bakery again in downtown Greeley. The food here is so good and always fresh. I love the variety of baked goods offered. The fact that also have GLUTEN FREE options is a huge plus for me. My husband says the baklava is the best he's ever tasted.

I have been here for coffee once a week since they opened. I can't sing high enough praise, I love it! Coffee is coffee, you can get that anywhere. But the baked goods are incomparable. You simply must try their everything. But for sure their baklava is THE BEST!
