I had brunch here for the first time. The service was great our waitress was very attentive. My 2nd grade teacher and I split our meals. We had the burrito and Tiramisu french toast. The dishes were delicious. I would recommend this place for a nice breakfast or lunch. They have a variety of dishes.

Not sure what's going on but it's really not fair to the customers or the single person trying to run the whole place. Today the majority of our $35 order was incorrect. The poor gal trying to run the entire cafe was undertrained and probably stressed out. No manager on site. Not only was this a waste of money but it's also insanely unsafe. A young female by her self is at risk. This place is literally across the street from a place where a young girl lost her life because she was working by herself while attacked. Not cool Blue Mug.

The Blue Mug Coffee Bar off 59th in Greeley is one of our go-to places when we’re in the mood for a cozy treat. My boys and I love stopping in for coffee, tea, or a gluten free treat—it reminds us a bit of the small town we used to live in, so there’s a nostalgic, feel-good vibe we really appreciate.

One of the main reasons we choose The Blue Mug is because it’s local. We’re intentional about supporting small businesses over big chains, and this spot offers a relaxed atmosphere that feels personal and community-minded.

The staff is usually friendly—even if they’re still learning the ropes—and we’ve always felt welcome. It’s also a great spot to meet a friend or client when you want something casual but not crowded or rushed.

If you’re looking for a quiet corner to enjoy a drink and conversation, this is a lovely option in west Greeley.

They were understaffed the day I visited. My scone was dry but my coffee was good and the one girl working that day, Worked her butt off

No French vanilla creamer but still loved the coffee!

Always love stopping at the Blue Mug for coffee appointments. Service is always great and the coffee is good to the last drop. Good variety of coffee syrup flavorings, including sugar free. Decent pastry type foods too.

My favorite place to stop and get coffee while I'm in Greeley! The staff is always so warm and welcoming and the store has tons of seating.

Not a robust amount of choices on the menu and they close really early.

Unfortunate Sunday morning visit. We ordered at 8:17 there was one couple ahead of us. We didn’t get our 2 coffees until 8:46 and were late getting to our kid’s baseball game. This is insane. Wanted to support local rather than Starbucks but wouldn’t choose this place again.

Josephine was exceptional. Huge wave of people and she rocked it as if she had been there for longer than 2 weeks. Way to go! Josephine.

I will say that charging $4.05 for a chocolate chip cookie is absurd. If you want people to come back, don't rip them off on baked goods.

Also, your outdoor patio furniture needs help. You only have a few chairs that are worth sitting in and the other ones are ripped and should not be used.

Good service, but pricey for Greeley, Boulder owned, and priced as such.

I used to love this coffee shop. Something has changed, and not for the better. Recently purchased a TECO sandwich and it had zero pesto and a moldy onion. I even wrote to management about it on their website and haven't heard a single response. One would think that one would care about such a grave health violation, but I guess there is little care and honor these days. Gave them another shot later and they gave me just an EC sandwich – that is, just the egg and cheese on a dry ****ing bagel. It was awful. Once a loyal customer, for several years, but I think I'm done giving my business to The Blue Mug. Shame.
