Cold Brew Coffee
Crafted in small batches, our Cold Brew is balanced and smooth without bitterness. Add a favorite flavor or top it with Cold Foam and you'll discover a whole new world of coffee! (comes without cream unless requested)A clean and perfectly balanced flavor is the highlight of this cold brewed coffee which uses time vs temperature to produce a smooth, low acidic brew. We always use our current Regional Roast for our Toddy.
Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
All of our drip coffees are responsibility sourced through our Farm Friendly Direct Program. All of our coffees are brewed to the same strength, each of the roasts offer their own specific flavor profile based upon the region the beans are from and the roasting techniques used to highlight diverse flavors.

Our signature blend from Brazil, Papau New Guinea and Colombia combines flavors of dark chocolate with toffee accents to create a robust espresso shot that will enhance any day.

A chilled version of our Teramo Roast Coffee that is only poured over ice after it is chilled so that it remains as strong as our hot brews.

Frozen espresso made in-house, daily using Morning Fresh Whole milk, Cane Sugar, and Espresso! Signature Granita Combos AUTOMATICALLY include all standard trimmings such as drizzle(s).

Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Greeley. I've been going here since they opened and the staff has always been the most polite I've met. They're very knowledgeable and can prepare their drinks wonderfully. They also have good breakfast burritos and lots of options to choose from including smoothies.

Our office visits this Human Bean often (maybe a little *too* often). Our drinks are always delicious and orders are always accurate. In our humble opinion, Human Bean offers the best tasting coffee around — and don’t get me started on their burritos — SO good!

The staff is always personable and friendly.

I always stop by The Human Bean to grab my coffee—their salted caramel latte is unbeatable! The drive-through is quick and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a quality coffee fix!
