My coworkers and I walked up to this location, there were three of us. Two of our orders were taken promptly, but the third person waited over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. When she asked for assistance, one of the employees told her that she would be helped after all drive-thru cars are served (there was a long line), she also informed us that walk-ups are the lowest priority. I want to add that most of these cares arrived after we did.
We weren’t expecting anyone to stop what they were doing just to take our order, but we did expect our time to be respected, even if we weren’t in a car. If team members are able to walk out and take orders from cars behind the speaker box, we’re confused as to why they couldn’t do the same for someone standing right there.
Is this a standard policy at all Human Bean locations?
I absolutely adore all of the baristas, they make my day better every visit! I love getting the green tea smoothie!!

Great staff! I'm highly distractble and didn't notice the sun on the tip jar. If you want to tip, be sure to ask them before they ring you up! I had planned to and only noticed the sign just before I was ready to pull away! No cash on me and short on time.

Driver of the HMBEAN license plate car was on there phone at a red light, I honked, they then proceeded to break check very hard, the speed away. Extremely unprofessional in a company vehicle.
