The Paragon Family Restaurant

When anyone asks what restaurant I would recommend in Greeley, that is an easy answer!!!
The Paragon is by far my favorite.
I have been coming here since the mid 80s. The atmosphere has always been friendly. From the time you walk in until you walk out, they make sure you are a satisfied customer. Food is always delicious and the portions are more than filling.
All of the servers are amazing. (But, if I was forced to pick a favorite, SARA would be my top choice hands down.)
I am an empty nester and dine solo. The Paragon Staff make you feel you are at a good friend's house instead of eating alone.

There is a reason it is a staple of Greeley and I look forward to hundreds if more meals here.

I've been here twice, but only for breakfast, so I can't comment on anything except breakfast foods. First, the service has been exceptionally friendly, attentive, and extra effort to ensure a happy diner. The portions were generous. The eggs were precisely cooked to order, and tasted fresh. Bacon was crisp, with big slices. The hash browns were homemade and plentiful. And the pancakes were a delicious treat. All very quickly served with a smile, and for a very modest price. Not even the slightest complaint. Highly recommended!
UPDATE: been back a few more times. Just as consistently excellent as every other time. Had one bad experience with a server who was swamped, and impatient. We all can have a bad day...

Probably the best steak and eggs I've had in 15yrs! Eggs and steak perfectly cooked. Loved the American hashbrowns! All this and a server who was friendly and went above and beyond to make our breakfast perfect!

You won't leave hungry for sure. Everything looks to be made fresh and not just frozen sysco junk that so many restaurants resort to. Biscuits were awesome. I dig the 70s vibe. Breakfast burrito is so big they should call it the breakfast and lunch burrito!

Service is always very friendly and attentive when I visit. They keep the coffee hot and fresh and the food is always great. Prices are competitive and reasonable. I love the cozy atmosphere inside, very much like an old house. It never gets too crowded or noisy and the booths feel very private thanks to the layout. I hardly see enough people inside, you're missing out!

Excellent breakfast! I don't know how many years they have been in business, but I know why. Great food and great service.

Love this place! Long time Greeley fixture. Everyone I’ve taken there loves it. Locally and family owned. Will be back prob this weekend.
