I go every day the truck is on the base for lunch. The food is always consistent and delicious. I grew up with Galbi and white rice for meals and it just hits home for me. The fact I can get traditional white rice from a truck, and quickly, makes it very appealing for me as it is not an easy thing to do.

Korean short ribs were extremely tough and chewy. "Side veggies included" was simply chopped raw cabbage. Rice was plain. Topped off with sauce that the prison probably uses.

My guys are awesome! Must try local Colorado food. They are super good, always fresh ingredients. Very friendly faces that you want to see daily. Not to mention if you want good authentic food, well... this is the place to go. I work with them to help grow their business. If their work ethic is any indication of how serious they are about making good food? well they might be the next big thing on the streets of Colorado. Try them out as soon as you can. But be quick because the line in front of their kitchen is super long, and for a good reason! Keep up the good work gentlemen and see you next time.
