disappointed in my favorite restaurant chain pancakes definitely do not have the original village in taste the food in general tasteless the upholstery of the booth where we sat looked like they had been taken out of the trash everything torn the atmosphere in general is

There is no better chain diner than Village Inn in my opinion. The Greeley location never disappoints. The food is delicious and the staff and service is warm, welcoming and kind. They have way more vegan & vegetarian options than most other restaurants plus they never have an issue with substitutions. We would highly recommend :) ♡

Horrible services my daughter wanted pancakes with strawberries and whip cream. And when the pancakes got to our table they had nothing but butter. I was excepting for them to go back instead our server brings out a cup of strawberries and whip cream.I had to get up and go talk to a manager which was rude when I showed her the picture and responded with what's wrong with them. Seriously need to train your staff better. Never will return to this location.

Nasty employees. If your hours are posted until 10pm, then service should be given without an awful attitude until then. Shame on you for making patrons feel bad for frequenting your restaurant.

Arrived and stood there for more than 5 mins. No employee around and when they came out to take an order no one acknowledged us standing there. A woman came in from outside carrying pans and slow cooker inserts set them on counter behind register and never acknowledged us either. We will never be back to this location. Our last experience with village inn was in brighten and that experience should have warned us about any other location. Not at all what they use to be and we will never choose Village Inn again.

Used to be our go to spot for breakfast, definitely won't be going back. Went in doe breakfast this morning wait time to get seated wasn't bad at all the problem was our server. Sat us with no utensils had to go get our own spoon to stir coffee which she sat directly in front of our toddler, after inputing our order an hour later we still hadn't received our food. Never came to check on us to see if we needed anything or give us any sort of update on why it was taking so long. Mangers immediately blamed the kitchen yet finally after another 20 min we get our food... Of course it's cold like it's been sitting awhile so long that the gravy has congealed. Eggs were extremely under done and my children's sausages were under cooked as well. All and all between arriving at the restaurant and leaving it was 2 hrs.We will not be returning to this location again.
I love Village Inn. I've been going there with my husband since were teens. This Village Inn always brings them memories back they are all great!
