12-29-2024 went twice. Once to order for my sister and her other was wrong. Bacon double stack cheeseburger only ketchup was made wrong.. it only had one patty. Got hers corrected. Went back to get 15 minutes later to get food for me and my boyfriend and those sandwiches made wrong as well. Both made with only one patty. Patty was over cooked or very old. Fries were old tasting as well. Tried to call but no answer. This store has always gotten my order wrong in the past but I thought I'd give it a try again. The person taking the order was very nice. But food prep was awful both times
I've worked in fast food before at many places. It shouldn't matter what time of day for quality is number one especially with the prices these days.

We ordered 3 SALTED CARMAL frostys and 3 biggie bags with STRAWBERRY ice teas and got chocolate frostys WRONG SIZES and REG SWEET TEA. Not one bit impressed on how they DO NOT LUSTEN TO ORDERS & GET EVERYTHING WRONG!

Ordered through doordash at 541pm, due to no drivers the food didn't get picked up until 630. Wendy's made the food at 541pm and let it sit for almost an hour, and then gave it to the doordash driver. The food was stone cold and hard and my ice cream was melted. They literally gave melted ice cream to the delivery driver. It wasn't their fault it was late but you'd think if they saw food sitting there getting cold and out of food safe temperature they would remake it for their customer. I called and asked if they could and they told me I could re buy my food. Ridiculous.

This place just isn't the same! They preach great quality food, but that's a lie. The last few times I've been here, the burgers come out quick (you think that would be great) but they look a taste like they've been cooked the day before. As for the fries, they never taste fresh because they consistently just reheat and serve. Poor quilty and bad food! I'll never eat here again!
Stood for 10 minutes while 3 ladies talked to a guy in Spanish laughing and fugging off at 1020...tried to order breakfast a d was told no Mas as they flipped the signs lol....that's the second unsuccessful order from dine in at this facility, just do the drive through, take your wrong order and be happy these clowns even did that right.

This place is awesome if u want great food it's best to hit up a fast food restaurant before 4pm this spot has 10 +year employees who are awesome to the sandwiches ladies and the grill person, also this is the only fast food restaurant that keeps a nice an clean parking lot not like others the young man outside is always washing and scrubing outside an picking up trash.
