I've been here a few times but today's my first time in the building. The bathrooms were clean and the cashier Kay was lovely.

I'm heartbroken the ghost pepper ranch is off the menu, though. And the gaps in the toilet stalls leave no room for privacy. But that's a company issue, not the workers here.

Dave's Single® they didn't remove the ketchup and mayonnaise🤢🤮, no 🥓😡.
I can't eat this crap.
French Fries were warm(barely), but since that's all I get for dinner, I reheated in the air fryer.
Raven’s Blood Frosty®, Chocolate was completely melted and the delivery was super fast, so I can't blame him.
I am running out of places I can trust to get a decent meal, and there's another 25$ wasted.

I am very upset with the service I received at Wendy’s today around 2 p.m. I ordered a Cobb salad without tomatoes, but the employee told me the salads are premade and that my request couldn’t be accommodated. I know this isn’t true, because I worked at Wendy’s two years ago. When a customer makes a special request, the proper procedure is to build the salad from the ingredients in the fridge, leaving out what was requested.

There was no rush at the time, no cars in front of me or behind me so I don’t understand why the order couldn’t be made. What’s more concerning is that the manager on duty didn’t step in when the employee refused my request. If a manager has a headset on, their job is to monitor and take control when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction. In this case, that didn’t happen, and it left me very disappointed.

Bad job to the manager for not handling the situation appropriately.

I went to Wendy's today and I got a Dave single as soon as I took a bite of the Dave single immediately.I knew something was wrong.I don't know if it was expired.I think the mail may have been inspired because it made me sick.I felt like throwing up.I did throw up i do not recommend this Wendy's at all.Their food is not good.Their food is inspired.I do not trust them.I wouldn't ever go there

The food is always pretty good here. They are fast. They don't mess up the orders. If they do mess up or miss something, it's easy to get it fixed. The drive thru staff are efficient and fairly friendly. I like going here when I want fast food.

The Wednesday collab is really cute! The sauces are weird and spicy but pretty good. The frosty tastes like chocolate covered strawberries.

Did an order through Uber eats when it got back to my house, all the food was just thrown in the bag. Was missing items. Called the store to figure it out they said they would remake the food and we had to go pick it up. No worries there. Went to go and get the food , told them I was there to pick up the order we called about. Pulled up to the window in the drive thru the guy at the window was very snotty. I told him AGAIN I was there to pick up the order they messed up on and he looks at his manager and said he doesn’t get paid enough for this. Then proceeded to look at me and say that they should charge me for it. That I look like I can afford to pay for it again. All because I was driving an Audi. He then got all snotty again and said he was the one that made the original order that I should’ve just came back for the frosty they forgot. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and they just threw her food in the same bag as mine and called it good. The fries and nuggets were everywhere in the bag. No care about anything. Called the manager to complain about that employee and manager said he wrote him up and sent him home which I highly doubt. Be cautious with the attitudes these people have towards the customers!!
