First time going in about 3 years. I went in to pick up an order and they still had it on the scale and a very rude female employee swatted her hand at me and said I needed to just grab it. I'm not just going to go in and start grabbing things off the counter that I don't know is mine. Poor customer service.

Wish the owner had not moved opening time from 6:00am to 6:30am, and now I will not be able to use it very often. It takes time to develop a following. If Wendy's nationwide would open breakfast 6am at all locations, I believe the chain would develop a strong following. Right now McDees OWNS breakfast, mostly because of consistent availability and open times nationwide.

Look I work retail and I get how hard it can be to please customers but what happened tonight was inexcusable. I had a mobile order and came through the drive through to see almost every single employee on a closing shift at 10:30pm looks like a minor not a single adult or anyone in charge. We then waited for 20 minutes for our food that we had ordered 10 minutes before even arriving, and the entire order was wrong from the drinks to the entire contents of the bag… In this economy when I spend over 30$ in food it better be the right food. This location has no leadership and if it does they need to be replaced immediately. Not only for the business to run smoothly but for the employees that are clearly lacking leadership and it shouldn’t be just kids closing period.

Ordered through app sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. And food was cold. When we arrived there was only one vehicle at the window. Time stamp from my Google maps of how long we were at Wendy's.

I went to get my order and they answered very rude. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there which is understandably but if you don’t want to actually do your job don’t work there. They put a whole onion in each of my burgers which I didn’t even get one I got two spicy chicken sandwiches. I’m sorry for making such a bad review but the two females who helped me should really just get a new job where they don’t work in customer service because the whole interaction ruined my day.

Every time I've been to this location the workers have been rude and impatient. I won't be going to this location again due to the fact on my last visit not only were they rude as usual but also left out $10 worth of food from my order.

Worst place ever. Never going back again. I swear every time I go there’s always something wrong with my order. I can understand as I know sometimes it’s hard to hear with those headsets but if there going to be more worried about talking to each other then taking the order then don’t have a job. They can’t even spare two seconds to talk to you to see if everything’s fine. And when you let them know what’s wrong they just grab it out of your hands rudely and just talk shit. I’m sorry this location needs all new people and management. If management was doing there jobs correctly this stuff wouldn’t happen. As I was a manager at a fast food chain so I know what’s out of there hands or just due to poor management skills. Like do better.
