We asked for a dozen, some of what we asked for she didn't put in the box! I guess you get what the employee wants to give you?? We love Winchell's donuts but I didn't get the ones I like and the one's my wife wanted. We'd go again but check the box before you leave.

I ordered a couple of items and they weren’t the best. The donut was hard when I am so used to them being so soft especially early in the morning. The employee also put all the items in the bag touching each other. I ordered a muffin and a sugar donut and the sugar got all over the muffin when my dad didn’t want that. And it’s not easy to brush off either.

Donuts are always made fresh every morning. I don't go there quite often but when I do, it's always delicious. But I do say the young girl at the customer service wasn't very polite or welcoming.

What is with this Place?? I go in once to twice a month. The food is great. But all the girls that work there are soo rude!! I went there again today March-20th around 930a and all 3 girls never said hello, smiled or gave a thankyou! But they did give me the wrong muffins and over charged me, which they fixed as soon I mentioned it, with No apology. And I still gave a tip. The only person who works there that has ever been nice is a young girl named Karen, she should get a raise!!

Go to 8th street this location needs entirely new staff or management the donuts are dry old not made right they can’t make sandwiches to save their life iced coffees are terrible and staff need new training on how you handle customer service.
I recommend going to the location off of 8th Ave. The 8th Ave location has better customer service and better quality in the sandwiches/bagels. Unfortunately, every time I come to this location, the woman with red hair is always rude to customers and her coworkers.

Ordered a blended caramel drink. Was just loads of syrup and crushed ice not blended at all, was actually horrible tasting from what I could get through the straw. Couldn’t even take more than a tiny drink cause it was just mushy syrup in there

There Apple filled donuts had no Apple in it! Seriously would not have known it was Apple filled if it hadn’t have had a sign. The Bavarian cream wasn’t any better. 2 star because the worker was super nice.
