The people were nice but they don’t have it written anywhere that their bacon is turkey bacon. And my apple filled is barely filled. Plus a winchell dozen is 14 donuts and he only gave me 12, didn’t notice that until I got home.

The staff here is rude especially the girl serving us. She was overtly irritated when she couldn't up-sell us extra donuts. Then when we got our coffees they were barely filled halfway! This place is way too expensive to be treating patrons like that. The donut and coffee were pretty good quality-wise but not worth the price or bad service.

Im a regular and today was not so good expirience, a young lady with piercings on her nose was with a shitty attitude. Noncomprehensive, owners are cool always greet but this lady wasnt nice and had an attitude like if i was stupid or slow. I love yalls doughnuts but that shitty attittude will drive people off.. please fix that! *centerplace

Haven't been to a doughnut shop in years. We decided to go into Winchells in Centerplace. The case of beautiful doughnuts was overwhelming! We ordered breakfast sandwiches, which were good. We ordered doughnuts too. The doughnuts were hard and gross, sad since it's the doughnuts that should be holding the menu up. Sadly, ALL of the people working this morning were rude and grumpy. I don't know if it is family run or not, but the family must not like their jobs.
Check your receipt or they'll charge you for special donuts instead of the normal prices

So I just went into this establishment, and the lady behind the counter was very rude not friendly at all gave me all wrong items after I even asked her if she had given me what I asked for. Spent $24 on a dozen donuts, very unhappy with what I received! Will not be going back to this location at all, especially if that lady is behind the counter

First time here and decided to come at 6:30am the staff had nasty attitudes and gave dirty looks especially the girl who didn’t want to help us with our order. The food was made rushed. I am never coming back again I don’t recommend!

I come here often as can get breakfast any time. Every time the staff is friendly & the bagel, egg, sausage sandwich I get is amazing EXCEPT for today. The server was less than friendly, the sandwich looked like it was thrown together in minutes. Very unappealing & cold. No where near what I normally expect. Next time I'll be sure that server is not working before place an order. Any other time I would give it 5 star. Also I normally enjoy my breakfast dining in however that area was closed?
